Biden the Tyrant Tells Border Patrol Agents Get Vaccinated Or You’re Fired While Thousands of Illegals Pour In With No COVID Testing

It’s bad enough that the Biden administration has treated Border Patrol agents like they are the enemy for just doing their job. Now, the administration is telling them that they have to be fully vaccinated by November 22 or they will be fired.

This notice comes after President Joe Biden signed an executive order on September 9, declaring that all federal employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19. His executive order only applies to Executive branch employees, unless you are one of the over 600,000 employees who work for the US Post Office which Biden exempted because their union was going to give them hell, and the Democrats need to Postal employees to help them deliver mail-in ballots in 2022 and 2024 so they can steal those elections too. Though they are exempt from the jab, they still have to get tested each week.

The Congress and the Judiciary are also not involved in Biden’s executive order because they are separate branches of government. Though, if Biden thinks he can mandate private sector employees to be vaccinated, then why not members of the other two branches? Because the other two branches can hurt him and his whole mandate.

Some exemptions for medical or religious reasons are accepted and some border agents will be filing for an exemption.

Representative Jim Jordan (R-OH),the House Judiciary Committee’s ranking member, wrote a letter against the mandate to Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas who probably wasted no time taking it seriously.

“We have learned that the Department of Homeland Security has threatened to fire Border Patrol officials who refuse to comply with President Biden’s vaccine mandate,” Jordan wrote on September 28.

“Your failure to support these federal law enforcement officials will only make the Biden border crisis worse and make our country less secure.”

They don’t care about our country being secure. The Biden administration has created an open border system. We no longer have a border and that’s by their design. They have not been testing illegal migrants for COVID by the thousands coming in. Some of them they already know have COVID and they let them into the interior of the country, anyway.

Jordan said Biden’s mandate “risks reducing the already-depleted Border Patrol workforce in the middle of the unfolding border crisis.”

The administration doesn’t think there is a crisis. For them, everything is going according to plan.

The situation at the border has left Border Patrol agents overwhelmed since Biden started his dark regime and it is escalating every day. This year alone, agents have caught over 1.5 million illegals and they let a lot of them into the interior of the country.

One agent said he and thousands of other agents are getting read to be fired in November. This is over the line. The people running the administration are out of control.

“We took an oath to uphold the Constitution; to protect this country from all enemies, foreign and domestic,” he said.

Biden took a similar oath, and he breaks it every single day.

“This is exactly the moment we’ve dedicated our lives to, the opportunity to stand tall, to stand firm for that which is good and right. To stand strong for freedom. The freedom to choose—whatever that choice is, it should be your own.”

There were 16,000 Haitian illegal migrants who came up from South America to a bridge in Del Rio, Texas recently. About 12,400 of them were moved out by the Biden administration and sent to red states and red districts around the country and not a single one of them had to get tested for COVID, yet this tyrant president will fire Border Patrol agents if they don’t get vaccinated.

On September 24, White House mouthpiece Jen Psaki said that vaccine requirements aren’t necessary for illegal migrants because they are “not intending to stay here for a lengthy period of time.” That puts her in the running for the Dumbest Biden Administration Official of the Week award.

The National Border Patrol Council notified its members on Sept. 18 that it had explored every legal avenue to challenge Biden’s vaccine mandate, but failed to find a “viable avenue of challenge.”

How about the fact that the vaccine Biden wants them to take was not approved? Comirnaty was approved and it’s not available. Pfizer-BioNTech was not approved and is still under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 says no employer, including the federal government, can mandate an employee be vaccinated with a vaccine that is under EUA.
