As you are probably aware by now, CNN invited former President Donald Trump to a town hall event in front of an audience of New Hampshire Republican voters on Wednesday night.
President Trump dragged “nasty” CNN host/moderator Kaitlan Collins through the mud despite her best efforts to trash him with the typical fake news lies and prepared gotchas.
CNN had to cut Trump’s town hall short by 20 minutes after the former president, backed by a hugely supportive audience, where each member was chosen by CNN, grabbed control of the discussion from host Kaitlan Collins immediately away and never let up.
“Note: The CNN Town Hall was a 90-minute broadcast, though the network expected the actual event to go as long as 75 minutes.” Puck’s Dylan Byers wrote. “They stopped less than 70 minutes in. In other words, they could have gone longer if they wanted—which is usually what executives do with big ratings draws.”
Anderson Cooper had a lengthy opening monologue on Thursday in which he indicated he would understand if his viewers stopped watching CNN after Trump’s town hall. This, in the face of the fact that CNN’s ratings for that event soared and were the highest they have received in months, allowing them to beat Fox News and MCNBC, including in the coveted 24-54 demographic.
Cooper wouldn’t say Trump’s name, referring to him only as “that person.” What a mental case.

But this is what I also get. The man you were so disturbed to see and hear from last night, that man is the frontrunner for the Republican nomination for president. And according to polling, no other Republican is even close. That man you were so upset to hear from last night, he may be President of the United States in less than two years,” Cooper remarked.
“You have every right to be outraged today and angry and never watch this network again. But do you think staying in your silo and only listening to people you agree with is going to make that person go away?” Cooper continued.

What is really disturbing is how these people have treated and continue to treat Trump. He was the most successful president of a lifetime, helping middle-class and working-class Americans, the people that Washington and fake news hosts like Anderson Cooper hold in contempt, more than any other president, including Reagan.
Mediaite cited the Nielsen ratings showing 3.3 million people watched CNN’s town hall with former President Trump, and Cooper wants to kiss the ass of the Trump haters, the ones who suffer from TDS the most.
When you think about it, CNN’s ratings were decent during Trump’s term in the White House because that’s all they did was talk about Donald Trump 24/7/365. It was all negative, lying dirt on the 45th president, but they got ratings nonetheless.
According to Nielsen, this was CNN’s highest-rated event since the July hearings in the phony January 6 Committee. Despite the fact that Trump’s appearance attracted numerous viewers for CNN, the amount was around the same as Tucker Carlson’s regular Fox News audience before he was taken off the air a month ago by the same twisted, stupid logic that CNN employs daily.
All Cooper had to do was say, “Thank you for the best ratings all year,” but he couldn’t do it because he is locked into the big lie of the misinformation fake news media; that Donald Trump is lying about the 2020 election and January 6.
Cooper decided to support hatred of Trump over the reality of what happened Wednesday night, and that is why people should never watch CNN again.
