On Monday, New York City’s worst mayor of all time, Mayor Bill de Blasio, gave an ultimatum to public school employees that they have a Friday deadline to at least get partially vaccinated after a legal victory that says the mandate can move forward. It begs the question how corrupt are the judges?
In an interview with Spectrum News 1, the mayor said public school employees have until 5 pm on October 1 to get at least the first dose of the vaccine.
“If you have not have gotten that first dose Friday, 5 pm, we will assume you are not coming to work on Monday and you will not be paid starting Monday and we will fill your role with a substitute or an alternative employee,” the communist mayor said.

The mayor’s tyrannical statement came after a three-judge panel (probably hand-selected by the Democratic Party) from the Second US Circuit Court of Appeals (Sotomayor’s purview) made a ruling that New York City’s vaccine mandate was allowed to move forward.
Why is no one bringing up the fact that the Pfizer vaccine was not approved? Comirnaty was approved by the FDA, the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is still under Emergency Use Authorization because BioNTech says that Comirnaty will not be available until 2023 or 2024. It says that on the FDA’s website.
The government can not mandate American citizens get a vaccine that is experimental. It goes against the Nuremberg Code. The Pfizer jab is still experimental.
Here’s what Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 says:
Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the “FD&C Act”) vests the Secretary of Health and Human Services with the permissive authority to grant Emergency Use Authorizations (“EUAs”) providing that appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed: [emphasis added]
1. that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
2. of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
3. of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks. [emphasis added]
Last week, the court, prior to the kangaroo panel being slapped together, issued a temporary injunction on the mandate.
De Blasio said the vaccine mandate now goes into effect on October 4. Initially, all teachers and school employees were supposed to be partially vaccinated by Monday.
“Vaccinations are our strongest tool in the fight against COVID-19 – this ruling is on the right side of the law and will protect our students and staff,” de Blasio flunkies, the city’s Department of Education said in a statement.
There are so many laws being violated here. Federal law says that if there are viable alternative treatments to an approved and available vaccine, then you cannot mandate a vaccine. Not only was the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine not approved by the FDA, but there are multiple therapeutic treatments available which render a mandate unwarranted.
Mayor de Blasio (real name Warren Wilhelm Jr) said about 87 percent of Department of Education employees have already received at least one dose, including 90 percent of teachers and 97 percent of principals. That is more than enough to satisfy a novice tyrant, but not de Blasio. He believes the ridiculous lie that unvaccinated people are making vaccinated people sick and that unvaccinated people are creating the COVID variants when the science says it’s the exact opposite.
“The city’s estimate is that 97 percent of the teachers have been vaccinated, but according to our recent survey of UFT chapter leaders, only about one-third believe that as of now their schools can open without disruption, given the potential shortage of unvaccinated personnel, including school aides and security personnel,” said Michael Mulgrew, who is president of the United Federation of Teachers.
“The city has a lot of work before it to ensure that enough vaccinated staff will be available by the new deadline,” he added. “We will be working with our members to ensure, as far as possible, that our schools can open safely as the vaccine mandate is enforced.”
The mandate has caused concerns over a shortage of teachers in NYC because so many employees do not want to be forced to take the vaccine. That should tell the government something, but they are apparently on a globalist mission.
“For parents and kids, this should be a real sense of relief to see the numbers are already so high,” de Blasio said. “And that says great things about our ability to have a safe school system and keep everything moving.”
United Federation of Teachers attorney Louis Gelormino told Fox News’ Tucker Carlson that he is prepared to take the case all the way to the Supreme Court.
“How can laying off or suspending 28,000, and that’s not an exaggerated number, DOE employees not have an effect on the New York City schools, which don’t run very efficiently in the best of times,” he said. “We’re reviewing our options and there’s a good possibility that we might try to take it up to the Supreme Court.”
The answer is simple. The Marxists do not care. They don’t care about you, your children, or the chaos and crimes against humanity that they are committing. Think about it. They don’t care that possibly 28,000 people will need to be replaced in the workforce. That number of people will cause chaos and mayhem in any society, especially New York City, and they simply do not care.
The authoritarians think they are protected by each other and they think they will never lose another election again.
