The Texas National Guard took control of a public park in Eagle Pass on Wednesday, after Governor Greg Abbott’s (R) emergency declaration in response to Biden’s border crisis. Who can blame him? The Biden administration has been criminally negligent. It’s not misfeasance, it’s straight up malfeasance. They simply refuse to secure the border, while at the same time the Biden regime constantly tells us that the border is secure. It’s maddening.

I would argue that Joe Biden and the regime have been allowing an invasion at the border. They are changing the country by allowing now double-digit millions of people, mostly from third-world countries and around the world, to come into our country, and we have no idea who or where they are.
The executive branch has a constitutional responsibility to faithfully execute the laws passed by Congress in service to the American people. The Biden administration has not done so. They have been doing the exact opposite. It’s hard for them to deny it because we see the number of people coming in each month.
The Biden regime blames the Trump administration for “breaking” our immigration system when the reality is the Trump administration solved the illegal immigration problem. Joe Biden tore everything down that Trump did to secure our border.

Governor Abbott took possession of a public park near Eagle Pass, preventing federal authorities from entering.

All access to the property is limited to state authority only. Border Patrol will be permitted to enter the property to remove their equipment and supplies—Agents will not have access to the area unless there is a medical emergency. I am told that the state plans to start arresting all who cross for criminal trespass—This is not under the new illegal entry law #SB4– They have been arresting for criminal trespass for months.”

The Biden regime asked the US Supreme Court to intervene in an emergency plea filed early Friday morning. They want the high court to allow them to continue the flooding of our country with illegals. If the federal government demonstrably fails at its constitutional duties to secure our border, then the states should have the right to do it for them. They can’t argue that Texas is interfering with federal law when the Biden administration is interfering with federal law by not enforcing it.
“In a filing early Friday with the Supreme Court, the Justice Department described the extraordinary standoff between Texas and the federal government. Citing testimony from local officials and photos, the Justice Department said Texas was using armed guardsmen and vehicles to deny Border Patrol agents and federal National Guard soldiers access to roughly 2.5 miles of the U.S.-Mexico border.” CBS News reports.
“Texas’s new actions,” the Justice Department claimed, “demonstrate an escalation of the state’s measures to block Border Patrol’s ability to patrol or even surveil the border and be in a position to respond to emergencies.”
The Biden administration has ordered the Border Patrol to allow millions of illegals into the interior of the country. They are wreaking havoc on Texas and its people. Texas towns and cities are being overrun with people who do not belong here. Abbott began sending busloads of them to blue cities and states that declare they are sanctuaries. Now, the problem is so bad for the blue jurisdiction that they are complaining about it. They complain about Governor Abbott and not about Joe Biden, who is the cause of this mess. Democrat leaders should be championing Abbott’s actions, but don’t count on it because the very same Democrats who are complaining now are in on the plan to use the illegals to turn the United States into a one-party country: Democratic.
