There is a law that protects whistleblowers from retaliation which the FBI is ignoring completely. This comes as no surprise as the FBI has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the DNC, And we all know what Democrats think about laws. They hate them as much as they do a moral code. The three whistleblowers are now testifying about the illegal actions of the FBI and how they have suffered retaliation for speaking out.
An interim staff report released Thursday morning by the House Judiciary Committee and Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government has accused the FBI of breaking the whistleblower law. Special Agent Garret O’Boyle had his security clearance revoked, was suspended, and the FBI sized everything from his house. And I do mean everything. Clothes, furniture, and kitchen utensils. Everything. What on God’s green earth gives them the right to do this, especially since it violates the law in my opinion?
The report stated:
“Some of these employees—Special Agents Garret O’Boyle and Stephen Friend, Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill, and Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen—have chosen to speak on the record about their experiences. The disclosures from these FBI employees highlight egregious abuse, misallocation of law-enforcement resources, and misconduct with the leadership ranks of the FBI.”
The whistleblowers testified that the FBI opened investigations on 138 individuals that were not based on evidence. They testified that the FBI “no specific indication” that 138 of the people “were involved in any way in criminal activity.”
The report explained:
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNEL“The only basis for investigating these people was that they shared buses to Washington with two individuals who entered restricted areas of the Capitol that day.”
The FBI’s Washington Field Office allegedly hid the videos from J6 out of fear that it would expose the infiltrators of the crowd. Is that because as we have seen in since released videos law enforcement used rubber bullets, tear gas, and flashbangs aimed allegedly at people’s faces against a peaceful protest?
The whistleblowers also explained that the power at the top of the FBI told agents to reclassify domestic cases as domestic violent extremism (DVE). They were to manufacture DEV cases where none actually existed. This inflated the number of cases in order to give the impression that there was a vast rightwing conspiracy. They were told to concentrate on J6 cases and that cases involving child abuse were no longer priorities.
Here is how the FBI has retaliated against the whistleblowers:
Special Agent O’Boyle testified that the FBI transferred him to a different location across the country. O’Boyle claimed that immediately after moving his family, the bureau placed him on an unpaid suspension. He stated that his family was effectively “homeless” and that he could not access their belongings because they were in FBI storage.
Special Agent Friend reported that his security clearance was revoked, rendering him unable to perform his duties. As a result, the FBI subsequently suspended him indefinitely, he stated. Friend claimed he was not authorized to seek outside employment during his suspension.
Staff Operations Specialist Allen had his security clearance revoked after “simply performing duties of his job,” the report stated. Allen said he sent open-source news articles and videos related to the January 6 protest to his colleagues for “situational awareness.”
The report claimed:
“Because these open-source articles questioned the FBI’s handling of the violence at the Capitol, the FBI suspended Allen for ‘conspiratorial views in regard to the events of January 6th.'”
These agents do not get paid by the FBI and are forbidden from seeking employment during their suspensions. They want them to quit in order to save their families so that they cannot be accused of firing them. I will say this as I have many times in the past. It is time to defund the FBI and form a new agency that will not hire anyone who has ever worked for the FBI. The FBI is nothing more than the enforcement arm of the DNC in my opinion.
