This week, a World Health Organization (WHO) working group considered proposed changes to international law that would empower the global health organization and its member countries to extend and coordinate monitoring at times of “international health risk.” In other words, a globalist group that no one on earth voted into power will be able to order Americans to lock down whenever they felt like it. The WHO could declare a pandemic emergency, whether there is one or not. It’s as unamerican as it gets and the Biden administration is all in.
The proposed changes would add many new surveillance rules to the International Health Regulations (2005), an international treaty that governs some parts of health emergency response for 196 countries.
Since January 2022, the revisions have been in the works and have steadily proceeded through the WHO’s rule-making mechanism. Further amendments have been proposed as the process has advanced, and in their current form, these proposed amendments provide the WHO more authority in a variety of areas (link), including some linked to surveillance.
And of course this will not be treated like a treaty and have to go through our US Senate for advice and consent because just like Obama did with the dangerous Iran nuclear deal, the Democrats today will just call it something other than a treaty, as if a non-treaty designation makes it so.
Presently, the IHR includes provisions mandating member nations to build out their monitoring systems and transmit information to the WHO, but these proposed modifications expand on that.
According to the proposed revisions, the WHO will “fill gaps in critical surveillance capacities” in member states that are unable to achieve the WHO’s “core capacity requirements for disease detection, surveillance, and health emergency response.”

Does anyone reading this believe the people who will use these powers will do so with good intentions? Anyone? Bueller?
Furthermore, in accordance with “international health risk,” these proposed amendments to the IHR aim to “strengthen the central role of national health authorities in management and coordination with political, intersectoral, interministerial and multilevel authorities for timely and coordinated surveillance and response.” And there it is.
According to one of the proposed revisions, when the WHO makes temporary guidance during certain sorts of “potential or actual” health emergencies, they should include surveillance. Uh, no thanks. I don’t want anyone surveilling me or my fellow Americans, especially upon orders from a globalist body that lied straight up to the world for China over the COVID19 pandemic.

The WHO expects these proposed IHR revisions to be finalized by May 2024. Its next meeting to address these proposed revisions will be held on April 17 and will conclude on April 20. If you think anyone from the Biden administration will be involved to represent the American people and their interests, think again. We now live in a totalitarian state where the Biden DOJ is going after religious groups and individuals who use their First Amendment rights to defend their faiths. The Democrats demonstrated during the COVID19 pandemic how far they were willing to go turn our lives upside down, and they’re not done.
The modifications being proposed are also pushing for global vaccine passports. Yeah, you thought that was over and done, right? You won’t be able to travel anywhere without proving you got the COVID jab that we already know does not work and is causing major health problems for millions of people around the world.
Initially, this movement broke the world down into regions and there was a clause that said that each region had the power to decline any guidance that comes from this globalist body, but the Biden administration attended the last get together and put up an amendment that took that power away from so-called regions and gave the WHO the authority to declare health emergencies and force lockdowns. Like I said, the Democrats do not have your best interests at heart.
Once these WHO surveillance capabilities are put into place, they will be monitoring us and since we know the WHO is a puppet for the Communist Chinese Party, does anyone think anything good will come of it?
And what would any globalist totalitarian group be without the use of censorship to silence the opposition while they run roughshod over your right? The WHO will have tools to target any content that it deems to be “misinformation” or “disinformation” and censor it.
This is an alarm bell. If you are sick and tired of being controlled by government authorities that want to violate your constitutional and human rights, then you’d better get on the phone with your representatives in Washington before it’s too late because no one who matters is talking about this.
