Now that the adults are in charge of the House of Representatives, this administration will find it much harder to sweep their mistakes or downright criminal efforts under the rug. Just as soon as a new Speaker is chosen, Rep. Pat Fallon (R-TX) is ready to file three articles of impeachment against DHS Secretary Mayorkas.
The Republicans have been warning for a while that they planned to impeach Mayorkas, who has been very, very corrupt for a very, very long time going back to the Obama regime.
Back in November, Mayorkas was warned to resign or to be ready to face impeachment. Therefore, Fallon’s impeachment charges will come as a surprise to Mayorkas.
His willful contempt of US immigration policy includes allowing nearly 400,000 illegal aliens to be released into the country without a court date or any way of keeping track of them amounts to willful neglect of duty in violation of US law.
In the last session of Congress, dozens of GOP Representatives, including Fallon offered articles of impeachment against Mayorkas, but they were stymied by the equally corrupt Nancy Pelosi.
Pelosi and all the littler Democrats are now powerless to stop impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas. Of course, the Democrats in the Senate will never vote for his removal and Merrick Garland will never allow criminal charges against him either.
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELFallon’s resolution cites similar reasons for impeachment:
“Since day one, Secretary Mayorkas’s policies have undermined law enforcement activities at our southern border,” Fallon said in a statement to Fox News. “From perjuring himself before Congress about maintaining operational control of the border to the infamous ‘whip-gate’ slander against our border patrol agents, Secretary Mayorkas has proven time and time again that he is unfit to lead the Department of Homeland Security.”
The first article of impeachment goes to his handling of our Southern border and his violation of the Secure the Fence Act of 2006. He is required to maintain operational control of the border. There is no denying that this charge is well-earned.
The second article of impeachment is that Mayorkas is in violation of his constitutional oath. It alleges he “willfully provided perjurious, false, and misleading testimony to Congress.” In those quotes, Mayorkas insists that the border is secure.
The third and final article of impeachment alleges that Mayorkas “publicly and falsely slandered” Border Patrol agents in the infamous Whipgate case. That is when Border Patrol agents were falsely accused of whipping Haitian migrants in Del Rio, Texas in 2021 as they crossed the Rio Grande River into Texas.
Mayorkas, it should be noted, at first sided with the actions of the Border Patrol agents and then quickly flipped his opinion to fall in line with Biden, Kamala, the press secretary, and other Democrats who showed no support or respect for the agents on horseback who all convicted the agents immediately of wrongdoing. What they did, however, was show their ignorance off how horse reins work and also their contempt for law enforcement along the southern border.
“The 511-page report by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Personal Responsibility found ‘no evidence that [Border Patrol agents] involved in this incident struck, intentionally or otherwise, any migrant with their reins,’” Fallon writes. “Secretary Mayorkas slandered his own Border Patrol agents and TXDPS Troopers involved in this incident, contributing to a further decrease in already-low morale among agents.”
DHS did not respond but it did respond in November when impeachment began to enter conversations.
“Secretary Mayorkas is proud to advance the noble mission of this Department, support its extraordinary workforce, and serve the American people,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “Members of Congress can do better than point the finger at someone else; they should come to the table and work on solutions for our broken system and outdated laws, which have not been overhauled in over 40 years.”
This would not have been possible if McCarthy was the Speaker of the House. He has made the declaration that there would be no impeachments. He did say later that he would impeach Mayorkas.

In the great design of things you actually receive a B- for effort and hard work. Where exactly you actually misplaced me personally was on your details. You know, people say, the devil is in the details… And it couldn’t be much more accurate here. Having said that, permit me reveal to you just what did give good results. Your writing is actually incredibly engaging and that is possibly why I am taking an effort in order to comment. I do not make it a regular habit of doing that. 2nd, despite the fact that I can notice a leaps in logic you come up with, I am not really confident of just how you seem to connect the ideas which in turn help to make the final result. For right now I will subscribe to your issue but hope in the foreseeable future you actually connect your dots better.
I have not checked in here for some time as I thought it was getting boring, but the last few posts are good quality so I guess I will add you back to my everyday bloglist. You deserve it my friend 🙂
