The American left has had a vicious hatred against Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas the entire time he sat on the highest court in the land. They will come up with every possible explanation for their loathing of the man, but it all comes back to the same thing; he is a member of the Supreme Court; he is black; he is conservative, and he loves America. Over their dead bodies will the Left allow that to continue in America. Doesn’t Thomas know he’s supposed to be a leftist bowtie mobster legislating wokeness from the bench?
The latest selective outrage of the Left against Thomas is over his decades-long association with billionaire Harlan Crow.
Crow has responded to questions about his ties with Thomas.
Over his decades-long association with Crow, Thomas has faced calls to resign or be impeached.
ProPublica raised the issue of Thomas’ friendship with Crow earlier this month, implying impropriety because Thomas did not mention vacationing with Crow.
Crow also purchased the house where Thomas’ mother lives, according to ProPublica, calling the transaction “the first known instance of money flowing from the Republican megadonor to the Supreme Court justice.”

Crow claimed in a broad interview with the Dallas Morning News that the reports about Thomas are being driven by a hidden purpose that tries to “destabilize” the Supreme Court by smearing Thomas.
“I have to set the record straight,” Crow explained. “I think it’s a political hit job. I don’t think the media cares really much about Harlan Crow, and I think they’re right. They shouldn’t care much about Harlan Crow,” the billionaire added.
“But I think that the media, and this ProPublica group in particular, funded by leftists, has an agenda to destabilize the Court. What they’ve done is not truthful. It lacks integrity. They’ve done a pretty good job in the last week or two of unfairly slamming me and, more importantly than that, unfairly slamming Justice Thomas,” he added.
And it’s true. Democrats have targeted Thomas for years because he is the court’s most conservative justice and he’s black. They believe that hampers the progressive agenda because leftists do not support our republic in that legislators vote on things the people they represent want. Leftists always look to activists on the courts to give them what they cannot get legislatively.
Meanwhile, the Wall Street Journal has produced a thorough investigation indicating how ProPublica is exaggerating its claims against Justice Thomas, saying, “He reported carefully on his inherited real estate. ProPublica’s reporting was slipshod and incurious.”
Just remember this. There was no law for what Thomas did. There were no laws on the books during the time period in which the lefties are griping about. There have since been tighter restrictions placed on the High Court, but at the time Thomas went on vacation with Crow, he did absolutely nothing wrong. There were no ethical violations either.
One of the most vicious Thomas haters over this Harlan Crow thing is Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (Dingbat-NY). On April 9, on CNN, AOC called on Chief Justice Roberts to call for an investigation into Thomas over the Crow fake news. AOC forgets that in 2021, there was a congressional ethics investigation on the dingbat congresswoman from Brooklyn for taking THOUSANDS of FREEBIES for a gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. And the investigation ended by saying she may have violated standards on gifts, conduct, and even federal laws on campaign donations. I am sure there were leftie justices who did the same thing during the same time period.
It all boils down to leftists like AOC having no shame at all. And they get away with these hypocrisies by calculating that most people won’t remember, and the boot-licking sycophants in the misinformation fake news media will never hold them to the same lopsided standards they make up about conservatives.
