On Tuesday, Hillary Clinton went nuts on Twitter by screaming at normal people who don’t like a double standard and compared her illegal private email server scandal to the phony investigation into the declassified “classified” documents kept at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home.
Clinton tweeted out a response to those who understand the difference between being president and having the authority to declassify documents and working for a president and not having the authority to declassify documents.
“I can’t believe we’re still talking about this, but my emails… As Trump’s problems continue to mount, the right is trying to make this about me again. There’s even a “Clinton Standard.” The fact is that I had zero emails that were classified.”

It was discovered during the Benghazi hearings that Clinton used a private email server to conduct state State Department business while she served as President Obama’s Secretary of State.. She was subsequently investigated by the FBI over the illegal email server that she kept at her home.
Critics are rightfully complaining about a legal double standard against Trump based on the argument that her transgressions were close to his. They were similar but not the same.

But that isn’t true. Then FBI director James Comey told the world that agents found classified documents on her private email server.
Apparently, Hillary has an answer for everything.

I don’t remember that at all. In fact, here is what Comey said:
“The FBI also discovered several thousand work-related e-mails that were not in the group of 30,000 that were returned by Secretary Clinton to State in 2014. We found those additional e-mails in a variety of ways. Some had been deleted over the years and we found traces of them on devices that supported or were connected to the private e-mail domain. Others we found by reviewing the archived government e-mail accounts of people who had been government employees at the same time as Secretary Clinton, including high-ranking officials at other agencies, people with whom a Secretary of State might naturally correspond.
This helped us recover work-related e-mails that were not among the 30,000 produced to State. Still others we recovered from the laborious review of the millions of e-mail fragments dumped into the slack space of the server decommissioned in 2013.
With respect to the thousands of e-mails we found that were not among those produced to State, agencies have concluded that three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received, one at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level. There were no additional Top Secret e-mails found. Finally, none of those we found have since been ‘up-classified.'”

Hillary’s problem is Trump was the president and the president has ultimate authority of classifications. He can declassify something by saying it is declassified. Yes, that is a fact. Hillary, on the other hand, was not the president. She was the secretary of state, and therefore, she was susceptible to the Espionage Act while Trump is not.

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification.
Hillary lied aain by saying that Comey later admitted he was wrong in saying she had classified emails, The truth is, Comey said he made mistakes during his announcement, but he maintained that Hillary Clinton committed “really sloppy” uses of classified information. The Espionage Act term was “gross negligence,” so as a favor to Hillary, he changed the words “gross negligence” to “really sloppy” as if a court would say, “Well, it was really sloppy, but not gross negligence, so we’re going to throw it out.” In my best Broadway tone, Never in a million, never in a billion, never in a trillion years.
Democrats went apoplectic when a judge recently ordered a special master to oversea the documents over the complaints of Merrick Garland’s corrupt DOJ. Leftists on CNN and MSNBC and elsewhere are crying the blues because the judge was appointed by Trump. I thought there were no Obama judges and Trump judges? The talking knuckleheads are saying the judge is interfering in the investigation. They are making their points as if Donald Trump appointed this specific judge to interfere in the this phony investigation, and that’s because they collectively have the intellect of a box of dryer lint. No offense to dryer lint.
A special master is exactly what is needed here. Otherwise, we would have the FBI overseeing the FBI and what could go wrong there, am I right?
