The former partner of Hunter Biden wanted to testify for the prosecutors, but he never got the chance. They didn’t even notify him that he was not wanted as a witness. Why not you ask? Because Tony Bobulinsky knows too much and he could have testified that Joe Biden is the infamous The Big Guy. There was no way in hell that they were going to let him testify, especially since they wanted to give Hunter a sweetheart plea bargain deal.
Tony Bobulinski, who worked with Biden on a 2017 deal with the Chinese energy company CEFC, sent US Attorney David Weiss a letter telling him that he wanted to testify, but he never received an answer. Bobulinski has asserted publicly that Biden engaged in influence peddling with his father, the sitting president of the United States.
Bobulinski said in a press conference in 2020:
“I’ve heard Joe Biden say that he’s never discussed business with Hunter. That is false. I have first hand knowledge about this because I directly dealt with the Biden family, including Joe Biden.”
Whistleblowers allege that the Department of Justice interfered with the investigation into Hunter Biden, being especially careful not to introduce any documents or witnesses that could tie Joe to the influence-peddling scheme he runs.
Here is the message that Hunter Biden sent to Zhao:

Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight,” Biden allegedly wrote to CEFC executive Henry Zhao. “And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
Hunter Biden sent a What’s App message to a Chinese business partner about a future "commitment" – the same business that paid him $100,000.

Within days of sending the message, accounts associated with CEFC wired around $5 million to accounts associated with Biden.
Whistleblowers have alleged that the Department of Justice and Attorney General Merrick Garland denied Weiss’s requests to bring charges against Biden in Washington, D.C., and California. Garland also allegedly denied a request to give Weiss special counsel status.
Garland has flatly denied all whistleblower claims. The New York Times has confirmed at least one of the claims, however. The paper reported the top federal prosecutor in Washington blocked an attempt by Weiss to bring charges against Biden last year.
President Joe Biden has repeatedly asserted he knew nothing about his son’s business dealings. The president rejected suggestions that he ever spoke with his son about those business affairs during the 2020 campaign, and reasserted that claim recently when questioned about the WhatsApp revelation.
“How involved were you in your son’s Chinese shake-down text message? Were you sitting there? Were you involved?” a reporter asked the president on Wednesday.
Biden responded: “No, I wasn’t.”
“As we have said many times before, the President was not in business with his son,” said Ian Sams, spokesman for the White House counsel’s office.
