Hunter Biden pled not guilty to gun and tax charges on Wednesday, refusing to accept a fresh plea offer proposed by prosecutors.
The original plea agreement collapsed as the court questioned whether it included future potential charges arising from the Justice Department’s ongoing investigation. According to the prosecution, the agreement did not include any alleged Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations.
According to MSNBC (which stands for More Silly Nonsense by Commies), the court took a ten-minute break to see if the two parties could rapidly reach an agreement. When the arrangement was resurrected, reports indicated that it would “be more limited in scope,” with just specific allegations connected to tax and weapons wrongdoing included. “The two sides have agreed that this deal does not shield him from potential future charges,” CNN stated.
According to reporters inside the courthouse, the judge said she was not ready to accept the plea offer and requested both the prosecution and Hunter Biden to file additional briefs. The parties will have to appear in court again in the future.
By the end of the hearing, the First Son pleaded not guilty.

Senator Josh Hawley told CNN that the high court drama demonstrates that the plea “sweetheart” arrangement was defective and that additional charges could be filed.
“It’s very telling that the judge intervened here and said basically, ‘No, I’m not going to approve some sweeping blanket deal.’ … I mean, that tells you the court has serious concerns about other potential charges here, and also the scope of the deal, which has seemed outrageous from the beginning.”
The senator added, “This, I think, signals that there’s still very much potential for prosecution forward.”
US Attorney David Weiss revealed in July that the FBI informant form alleging bribes from the Biden Crime Family is part of an ongoing inquiry.
Hunter Biden’s attorney, Chris Clark, appeared to have a different idea of the case’s status last month. He stated that the plea agreement meant that no more charges could be brought outside of it in the future.
NBC's Kelly O'Donnell: "I think it's entirely possible that the President & [Hunter Biden] might speak by phone. They speak all the time. The President always makes a point that he speaks to all of his grandchildren every day."

Because of the IRS whistleblower charges, it is critical to understand what the agreement includes and excludes. They claim that FARA violations were part of the Hunter Biden criminal investigation, necessitating the appointment of a special counsel.
Hunter Biden was paid a $1 million legal retainer and $3.8 million in consultancy fees by CEFC China Energy Co., a company tied to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Hunter Biden told whistleblower Tony Bobulinski two months later that he did not wish to register as a foreign agent on behalf of CEFC.
Hunter Biden also served on the board of Burisma Holdings, a Ukrainian oil business, where he earned $83,000 a month. Hunter Biden was possibly involved in a phone discussion between then-Vice President Joe Biden and then-Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko during that period, according to a National Archives email. This was allegedly part of a money-laundering scheme to account for the money that the Biden Crime Family received for selling the influence of Joe Biden’s office.
Ukraine President Petro Poroshenko was the one who fired the prosecutor investigating Burisma, and Joe Biden bragged about it afterward on television to the Council on Foreign Relations where he told the panel and the audience that he threatened to withhold $1 billion of appropriated loan guarantees unless he fired the prosecutor. That is what the Democrats accused Trump of doing in his first impeachment, yet Trump never threatened anyone of withholding money. The prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, was investigating Burisma Holdings and Hunter Biden.
