The Democratic Party may not be completely filled with Marxists yet, but the leadership certainly is. Like the leadership, many of the members are avowed progressives, and a progressive is just the American form of a Marxist.
Once the Democrats won both houses of Congress and the White House, they came up with policies that are so outrageous and so over the top that even moderate Democrats can’t go along with them.
For example, the Democrat leadership has been champing at the bit to remove the filibuster rule, because with that out of the way, Kamala Harris would have to get off her lazy keister and break a bunch of 50-50 ties in the US Senate allowing the communists to shove anything they want down America’s throat.
One of the most outrageous bills they have proposed is their $3.5 trillion Build Back Better bill was so bad that Senators Kyrsten Sinema (D-AR) and Joe Manchin (D-WV) refused to go along with it. The Democrats tried to get the two Senate holdouts to kill the filibuster rule and they aren’t having that either. They may be the last two sane Democrats in the Senate. Build Back Better should be named Government Socialist Utopia if you ask me.
The Democrats said that it would be $3.5 trillion spent over ten years like that’s supposed to make us feel better? Does anyone believe they won’t be right back at the trough next year asking for even more money over ten years?
There are things in the bill that will do more harm to more people than anything China could pull off.
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELIf the bill is passed, an average American child born today would immediately start off life with a $500,000 tax liability that he or she would have to pay off for the rest of their life. I often ask liberal friends who support that kind of spending, “Do you love your children and grandchildren?” Of course, they would say yes, and then I would hit them with a followup question, “Then why would you support a spending bill that will ensure they are going to be slaves to the government their entire lives? You would do that to your own children?” When you put it that way, most people stop and think about it. That’s the main problem. Most Democrats never think beyond the fluff of how these kinds of spending bills are presented by the snake oil salesmen.
The Democrats never tell you the other side of their outrageous spending bills. They make a point to tell you all about the goodies that your money will bring to you and others; many things you never asked for or even knew you needed. That’s like going into a clothing store and the manager comes over, hands you a bunch of clothes and says, “Here. You’re going to take these up to the counter and you’re going to pay for them and then we’re going to charge you for the rest of your life for those clothes. Isn’t that wonderful? Come back soon.”
Another provision will force employers with as little as 5 employees to provide workers retirement plans or to make arrangements for IRA deductions. Democrats think every business has a warehouse loaded with cash or that complying with such provisions will cost them little to nothing to do. And if this monstrous bill passes, the employers will then be at the mercy of a bureaucracy that will interpret the legislation by making new rules that will be so extremely complicated it will force the employer to hire a person or a firm to keep the company in compliance. In the end, many companies employing 5 or not so many more employees will do layoffs down to 4 just so that they don’t have to deal with the headache of Joe Biden’s government. Think of how many companies with 100 employees are now laying off to avoid the unconstitutional vaccine mandate?
There is a family leave plan in the bill that, unlike any sound social insurance policy, instead of funding it through a specific payroll tax, it will be financed either through deficit spending or taxing the rich. They don’t really know which yet, because the Democrats are not very smart people.
They have a program for subsidized child care. Whenever the government uses the term “subsidized” grab hold of your wallet and run for the hills.
The Democrats make it sound so innocuous, claiming no middle class family will pay more than 7% of their pay for the cost of child care. Hidden behind that is a disastrous economic plan that has no basis in reality.
Unlike the disastrous Obamacare that at least had income-based subsidies that were based on a model plan design, this child care plan has nothing at all like that. Each state will instead calculate a “cost of child care” based solely on the tiers of quality differences. The participating child care centers will then get vouchers and the parent(s) will put up a copay with both deeming payment in full. The centers can’t charge more for better services because that would be capitalism, and they can’t charge less to allow families to save the difference either.
The costs for this are doomed to be a lot higher than the cost of child care today, which makes you wonder why in the hell are they doing it. The bill actually calls for “adequate” and “living wages” as well as wages that are “equivalent to wages for elementary educators with similar credentials and experience.” Are you kidding me? Changing a diaper should pay as much as a trigonometry teacher teaching high school?
Other experts who have looked at this big, fat, pig-dog socialist’s dream spending bill say if passed about 7 million Americans will eventually lose their jobs due to certain provisions found in the bill. Other experts say that gasoline prices will go above the $4 mark. In many areas of the country, gas prices are already heading towards $4 a gallon, which means the added costs, thanks to specific provisions in the bill, will necessarily cause those prices to go well above the $4 range.
We know through studies in the past that $4 a gallon is the level that most Americans then have to decide, do I take the family out to dinner once a month and take the kids to the movies on weekends, or do I pay for gasoline to get to work?
Longtime Trump ally and economic adviser Steve Moore said that if this bill passes, it will take us at least 20 years to fix the damage it will do to our country.
After negotiations among the greedy party thieves, the Democrats have knocked the bill back to the cost of about half of what it was, which is still too much when you consider what’s in it. You shouldn’t look at the cost of the bill, because what the bill will do to the country is far worse than its price tag.
I didn’t even make a dent in what’s in this thing that will harm many people and many industries. I don’t think there is a single thing in there that will not cause harm to many people in some way. One thing’s for sure, the Democrats crafted this bill with the intention of creating a whole new class of people dependent on government. They want to enslave people for votes. It’s a contract with the devil. How they can look you in the eye and call it the Build Back Better plans begs the question: are these Democrats evil or just plain stupid?
