The House Oversight Committee informed Joe Biden‘s climate czar, John Kerry, on Thursday that he is being probed for secretly engaging with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).

“The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating your role in the Biden Administration and the nature of your negotiations with the Chinese Communist Party (CCP),” according to the letter.
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELThe committee notified Kerry that he had “failed to respond to any” of its previous requests while continuing to “engage in activities that could undermine our economic health, skirt congressional authority, and threaten foreign policy under the guise of climate advocacy.”
House lawmakers demanded that Kerry provide up “documents and information” pertaining to his function as SPEC.
The letter chastised Biden’s climate chief for collaborating with the CCP and told the World Economic Forum that the solution to global warming is “money, money, money.”
“As a member of the President’s cabinet, you should be representing the United States’ interests. Your statements, however, consistently show disregard for American national security and taxpayer dollars,” the committee wrote.
The MPs pointed out that Kerry regularly dismisses Chinese human rights violations and believes that working with them to address climate change is more essential than holding them accountable.
Kerry has been asked to provide the following documents and information by February 16, 2023:
All documents and communications regarding elements of the FY2021, FY2022, and FY2023 budgets of the SPEC, including those discussed off the record;
A list of all individuals present at any discussions where elements of FY2021, FY2022, and FY2023 budgets of the SPEC were dicussed, whether on or off the record;
A full list, including names, titles, and salaries of all individuals currently and previously employed by the office of the SPEC, as well as all ethics and financial disclosures of those individuals;
All documents and communications between any individual or individuals within the office of the SPEC and any third party, including but not limited to any environmental advocacy group or foreign government official; and
All documents and communications regarding domestic and international travel of the SPEC.
I wouldn’t hold my breath for all of that as the Marxists have lost the ability to answer to anyone but themselves. They disrespect anyone who questions them or their activities. Kerry will find a way to claim he can’t divulge anything, or Merrick Garland’s DOJ will “start an investigation” so that Kerry can say he can’t comment on an ongoing investigation, which will be dropped when Kerry achieves his goals and not sooner.
