If there is one thing that came out of the two-day evidentiary hearing on Kari lake’s lawsuit, it is the perjury committed by Scott Jarrett and his finally admitting that the voting machines were reset to 19 inches on election day. That makes it intentional in my book. How could they not know that reducing the size to 19 inches would create havoc? It created lines so long many people left without voting.
In the run-up to Christmas, Kari Lake was in court making her case over election fraud that cost her the governorship. Prior to the hearing leftists and their tame lapdogs in the press claimed that the lawsuit was frivolous, but does it look less frivolous now? You betcha. Her lawyers were able to prove that the elections were set up in order to break state laws right and left. Besides the many conflicts of interest, hundreds of thousands of ballots had no chain of command documents.
The votes were not counted prior to leaving the precincts where they were cast. That is against Arizona law. The ballots were sent to a third-party vendor, Runbeck, which is also against the law, especially when you consider Runbeck makes many political contributions. 100% of those contributions went to Democrats. Since the votes are counted at the precincts, Runbeck could possibly add thousands of votes that were not cast. I am not claiming they did, I am merely saying they could. They certainly have the incentive to, but that proves nothing.
Now, how about my accusation that Scott Jarrett committed perjury? Jarrett ended up testifying on both days. On day one Jarrett claimed you could not put a 20-inch ballot on 19-inch paper and he claimed it would be impossible for that to happen.

On day two, he not only said it was possible, but he also admitted that they altered the ballot size on election day.

His testimony on those two days are polar opposites, which means on one of those days he committed perjury. No doubt, he lied on day one. But, will he be charged? Not unless Abe Hamadeh wins the attorney general seat. The Democrats will bury it. Along with everything else connected to the election that violates Arizona state law.
As PJ Media previously reported, Kari Lake’s legal team was granted the opportunity to inspect ballots prior to trial, and based on their review of a random selection of ballots, “48 of 113 ballots reviewed were 19-inch ballots produced on 20-inch paper.”
According to Kari Lake’s team, this one-inch discrepancy caused “the mass rejection of these votes as they were attempted to be read through the tabulators.” An expert confirmed this.
Jen Van Laar has a story over at RedState that makes the Maricopa County clown car look even worse:
During day 2 of the Kari Lake election trial in Phoenix, Arizona, Maricopa County attorney Tom Liddy argued that it was “political malpractice” for a campaign to tell voters to vote in person on election day instead of voting early, and that “you reap what you sow,” meaning that Lake’s campaign lost because of strategy, not because of a printer malfunction error that rendered the ballots incapable of being machine read, long lines that led to voters being unable to vote, or other malignantly incompetent actions on behalf of Maricopa County officials.
