Ever since President Trump won the election, good news just keeps coming like a tsunami. The latest news is that tougher than nails Texas AG Ken Paxton is considering running against the squishy RINO Sen. John Cornyn. As far as I’m concerned that should count as a pick up And I’m sure the Democrats would miss Cornyn’s vote. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has been one of the foremost advocates for election integrity would be considered a great asset in the Senate and a sure fire vote for election integrity.
Cornyn voted for the $95.3 billion aid package for Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan with no border funding in early 2024.Paxton called him the America-Last Senator. Over the weekend, during a speech at AmFest, Paxton teased a possible primary run against Cornyn.
AmFest attendee Duke Denman asked Paxton:
“Good afternoon, Mr. Attorney General. My name is Duke. I live in Williamson County, Texas.”
“I’ve personally written you letters and called your office, encouraging you to run. My question is, when are you announcing that you’re running against John Corna for Senate?”
Paxton replied:

“I’m talking to a lot of people in Texas over the next couple of months. Ask me that question in a couple of months, and I’ll have a different answer.”
“So thank you. Let me ask this. This is like my first… I have not run a poll, so this is going to be my first poll. Who would want me to run?”
After getting a standing ovation mixed with loud cheers Paxton said:
“That’s good. Let me just say that was a very encouraging response.”
