Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is angry with Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper for his decision that Maricopa County must obey the Arizona law requiring signature verification. Richer, who claims to be a Republican is a Republican much in the same way Ted Bundy was a pacifist. He has worked in the last two elections to make sure Democrats get elected no matter how many ballots they need to forge.
Judge Napper ruled that all votes must have their signatures verified and that could cause a lot of problems for Richer since so many signatures don’t match and it could overturn at least two elections. Kari Lake could be declared the winner over the corrupt Katie Hobbs and Abe Hamadeh could be declared the winner over Chris Mayes. Hamadeh allegedly only lost by 280 votes in the closest election in Arizona history. That would make him the Attorney General and allow him to investigate the 2020 and 2022 elections and bring charges if warranted.
The Judge ordered that “the language of the statute is clear and unambiguous,” and the current procedures for verifying mail-in ballot signatures “do not have the force of law.” In other words, there is no way for Richer to make the claim that he obeyed the law. One vote counter spent about one second, which is not enough to verify a signature, and many votes were found where the name that was signed did not match the voter at all.

Richer took to the press to unburden his woes. The county recorder, beset by an unrelenting public scrutiny of election procedures that he translates into constant threats to democracy, told ABC 15 that his office would have to take the extra pains to follow the letter of the law.

The additional responsibility for county recorders became clear after Yavapai County Superior Court Judge John Napper declared in ruling last week that the 2019 Election Procedures Manual (EPM) by Hobbs “create[d] a process that contradicts” the law. That ruling rejected Secretary of State Adrian Fontes’ motion to dismiss an Arizona Free Enterprise Club lawsuit alleging that Fontes’ interpretation and enforcement of signature verification law, which aligned with that of Hobbs, did not match the actual statute’s language.

This is how the last two elections in Maricopa County were stolen. Fraudulent signatures were used to verify the identities of mail-in voters, and hundreds of thousands of signatures were “verified” in just a few seconds each.
Richer is reportedly upset that the Judge reinforced the law, telling the media that contacting the voter to cure the ballot if their signature does not match would create more work. This will actually make the verification of signatures more accurate. They’ll think of any excuse to avoid following the law.
Richer is the same never-Trump Recorder who ran early voting in Arizona’s 2022 election. During the election, Richer ran a never-Trump PAC against Kari Lake and colluded with federal agencies to suppress The Gateway Pundit’s reporting on Maricopa County elections. He later celebrated Katie Hobbs’ stolen election, and he is now suing Kari Lake with a far-left, Soros-funded organization for speaking out against him.
