The Maricopa County Superior Court has set Monday, May 8, for a status conference in Kari Lake’s election lawsuit after the Arizona Supreme Court ordered the lower court to take up the case again after they dismissed signature verification claims.
The new minute entry:
“IT IS ORDERED setting a Status Conference on May 8, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. (30 minutes allotted) before Judge Peter A. Thompson. The parties and counsel may attend either in person or via Teams.”
The Arizona Supreme Court ruled in Lake’s favor and remanded the “erroneous[ly]” dismissed signature verification fraud count back to the trial court for review. But will corrupt Judge Thompson toss it out again and if he does, will the state Supreme Court agree to take it up? There is ample reason that they should. Even though Maricop0a County has illegally denied Lake’s team from examining the mail-in envelopes and the signatures on the registration forms, Lake has still been able to come up with some egregious examples of forgery.

This is perhaps the most critical count because it could reveal the enormous fraud involved in the vote-by-mail system. We The People AZ Alliance co-founder Shelby Busch estimated the number of ballots that did not have matching signatures at 300,000. Lake allegedly lost by 17,000 votes, so this alone if her team is allowed to pursue it, could give Kari the win. That would mean that all of Hobbs’ actions as governor could be thrown out. And all of those bills Hobbs vetoed would then go to Lake for her signature. If that’s the case, you can expect a lot of legislation to clean up the corruption of the elections.
We The People AZ Alliance have since filed a special action complaint to force Maricopa County to comply with the law and to allow Lake and her team to match up the signatures on all mail-in ballots with the corresponding signature on the registration forms.
Pursuant to A.R.S 16-547; A.R.S. 16-552 — These signatures FAIL multiple points and cannot pass. Would you have passed these signatures? Let us know in the comments👇🏼

We The People AZ Alliance filed a new Special Action Complaint yesterday seeking a writ of mandamus ordering the Maricopa County Elections Department to produce public records relating to the inspection of all 2022 General Election Ballot Affidavit Envelopes, including mail-in, early voting, and late early ballot envelopes.
The lawsuit is signed off by We The People AZ co-founder and Maricopa County Republican Committee First-Vice Chair Shelby Busch.
This comes after We The People AZ sent a public records request to view these documents on April 5. According to the filing, “On April 10, 2023, the Public Records Custodian responded to Plaintiff WE THE PEOPLE’s request by stating, ‘pursuant to A.R.S. 16-168(F) and in the best interest of the state exception to the Public Records Act, the Recorder’s Office is denying your request.’”
The Gateway Pundit recently reported that Maricopa County also refused to provide Kari Lake’s legal team with these public records and gave the same response. This was despite the Arizona Supreme Court’s recent order sending the erroneously dismissed signature verification fraud count in Kari Lake’s lawsuit to overturn the rigged gubernatorial election back to the trial court for further review.
