MSNBC analyst, Caroline Polisi declared on Thursday that Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ case against Trump is now game over and is dead in the water as a witness testified that the affair between Willis and Nathan Wade began in 2019. This contradicts what both Willis and Wade admitted to. They claim the affair began in 2022. This is a game-changer. That means Willis hired Wade, who has no experience in this particular job other than he had been sleeping with Willis.
The judge should disqualify both Willis and Wade from these cases and Fulton County would be wise to toss Willis out on her ear for authoring over $650,000 without getting an ok from Fulton County executives. Of course, Fulton County executives are not wise. Marjorie Taylor Greene has filed a document trying to get Willis disbarred. She has included Wade in her filing.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) filed an ethics complaint against Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis (D) on Tuesday, accusing the Georgia prosecutor of failing to disclose “luxury vacations” she took with Nathan Wade, a top prosecutor in former President Trump’s Georgia criminal case whom she acknowledged developing a “personal relationship” with.
The four-page ethics complaint, dated Tuesday and filed with the Georgia State Ethics Commission, alleges Willis violated the Georgia Government Transparency and Campaign Finance Act by not disclosing “suspicious relationships and transactions” she made in relation to Wade.
The allegations in Greene’s complaint stem from a co-defendant of former President Trump, Mike Roman, filing motions seeking to disqualify Willis from the sprawling racketeering and election interference case. Roman alleged Willis and Wade traveled to “traditional vacation destinations” together, including the Caribbean and Napa Valley.

“Don’t let the legalese fool you. This is epic. This is monumental. If things are going in the direction we think, Fani Willis lied to the court, it’s game over for her. She will be disqualified. If they had a relationship prior to when they represented truth to the court, it’s a huge deal. I can’t overstate.”
Fani Willis’s case is OVER. She lied to the court. Case closed.

Polisi continues:
“Willis will be disqualified, which means her entire office is disqualified, which means the case will have to be re-assigned and languish with the PAC of Georgia, effectively killing the case. Her credibility is completely shot.”
Polisi tied her assessment to a bombshell revelation that came out Thursday morning — namely that Willis was romantically involved with her hand-selected special prosecutor Nathan Wade much earlier than she had admitted to the court.
Polisi gave an additional statement to Mediaite, explaining just how damaging the fallout could be for the case against Trump if Willis were to be disqualified.
“Willis will be disqualified, which means her entire office is disqualified, which means the case will have to be re-assigned and languish with the PAC of Georgia, effectively killing the case. Her credibility is completely shot,” she said.
