Isn’t it amazing? The Democrats have gone after President Trump over every hoax, they could come up with. Yet, he committed no crime. Joe Biden has committed several crimes and nothing. I guess they believe an honest Republican is a bigger threat than a dishonest Democrat, closely aligned with China.
Newly discovered emails show that the Biden White House pressured Twitter and probably other platforms to censor Paul Sperry, Tucker Carlson, and Robert Kennedy Jr.. Of course, they fought to censor many other individuals and organizations that disagree with Biden’s handlers. This is of course illegal as well as unconstitutional. The constitution says that the government cannot infringe on the first and second amendments.
In May 2022, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry and former Missouri Attorney General and current Senator Eric Schmitt filed a lawsuit alleging the President of the United States and other senior officials in the Biden Administration violated the First Amendment by directing social-media companies to censor viewpoints that conflict with the government’s messaging on Covid-19 and election integrity concerns relating to the 2020 general election.
The Gateway Pundit’s Jim Hoft was later elevated to key plaintiff in this lawsuit in August 2022.
Dr. Tony Fauci, Nina Jankowicz, Vivek Murthy, and Karine Jean Pierre were served subpoenas along with several more Biden officials, the five social media giants as well as NIAID and the CDC in the Missouri and Louisiana lawsuit alleging collusion between the Biden administration and Big Tech in silencing conservative speech.

The Biden administration was angry at Carlson for saying the experimental vaccine does not work.
Landry then fired off an email instructing the White House how to censor Robert Kennedy, Jr.’s Children’s Health Defense Fund.

Despite Eric Schmitt leaving for Washington DC, this important lawsuit is ongoing. He is now a Senator from Missouri.
On Friday The Gateway Pundit reported on a rogue panel of judges blocking Jen Psaki’s deposition in the lawsuit.
This shows us that Biden’s White House was urging social media to take away people’s right to free speech. There needs to be accountability and criminal charges against these people. Long prison sentences will discourage this type of behavior in the future. This cannot stand.
