After hundreds of Palestinian-supporting students ignited an anti-Semitic brawl at a New York City high school, a pro-Israel teacher was reportedly forced to lock herself in a school office.
On October 9, a teacher allegedly attended a pro-Israel rally in Queens, NYC.
Students at Hillcrest High School in Jamaica, where the teacher works, apparently discovered that he took part in the pro-Israel rally. Someone allegedly saw the teacher’s Facebook page, which included a photo of the teacher at a pro-Israel event in Queens, holding a sign that read: “I stand with Israel.”
Students reportedly rushed the school hallways shortly after 11 a.m. on Monday to protest the teacher’s pro-Israel stance. The intended rally apparently turned into a riot. Despite school personnel guarding the room, the pro-Palestinian students allegedly attempted to barge into the teacher’s classroom.
According to the New York Post, “School administrators and the NYPD, which responded to the school at about 11:20 a.m., got wind of their plans just in time to rush the teacher into an office and lock the door, another educator said.”
“Everyone was yelling ‘Free Palestine!'” a senior told the newspaper.

A student stated that teens had discovered the teacher’s home address, phone number, and other personal information.
A video of the school turmoil was shared on social media.
One TikTok user branded the teacher a “cracker ass bitch.” That’s the tolerance of the Left talking.
The NYPD’s counterterrorism division was reportedly ordered to look into potential threats to the institution.
“Whether it was one student or multiple students who did or said something, whatever the trigger was, something happened.,” noted City Councilman James Gennaro (D-Queens). “And I know from my many years on the City Council that the counterterrorism task force is not engaged unless they believe it is potentially a serious situation.”
“I have been a teacher for 23 years in the New York City public school system, for the last seven at Hillcrest High School,” the teacher, who did not want to be recognized for her personal safety, told the Post. “I have worked hard to be supportive of our entire student body and an advocate for our community, and was shaken to my core by the calls to violence against me that occurred online and outside my classroom last week.”
“No one should ever feel unsafe at school, students and teachers alike,” the teacher said.
“It’s my hope in the days ahead we can find a way to have meaningful discussions about challenging topics with respect for each other’s diverse perspectives and shared humanity,” she continued. “Unless we can learn to see each other as people we will never be able to create a safe learning community.”
NYC Mayor Eric Adams (D-NY) took to social media and said the following:
“The vile show of antisemitism at Hillcrest High School was motivated by ignorance-fueled hatred, plain and simple, and it will not be tolerated in any of our schools, let alone anywhere else in our city. We are better than this.”

Apparently, they are not better than this. What Mayor Adams should work on is making sure that the NYC public schools stop being indoctrination centers where teachers spread leftist propaganda, which always finds its way back to eat its own.

What would these little animals have done had they reached the teacher? Do you remember the days when adults were in control of public schools? Will any of these students be suspended or expelled for their behavior? Probably not due to fear of reprisals. The city cannot allow them to get away with it because that will send a powerful message that students can riot and there will be no consequences. Unfortunately, that is what is going to happen because New York City officials are far too predictable.
How can this teacher go back to work at the school and feel safe?
