It does not aggressively advocate for the legalization of sex between adults and adolescents. However, it emphasizes that minors have the ability as well as the legal right to make sexual choices. Actually, no they don’t. Just like children cannot make the decision for the whole transgender-affirming care, kids do not have the capacity to make decisions about having sex, let alone with adults.

According to the International Commission of Jurists, “In this context, the enforcement of criminal law should reflect the rights and capacity of persons under 18 years of age to make decisions about engaging in consensual sexual conduct and their right to be heard in matters concerning them.”
Since the dawn of time, it has been universal among every type of normal, decent people everywhere that the one thing you do not do is harm children especially in the area of sexual conduct.
It went on to say, “Pursuant to their evolving capacities and progressive autonomy, persons under 18 years of age should participate in decisions affecting them, with due regard to their age, maturity and best interests, and with specific attention to non-discrimination guarantees.”
In other words, they put out a bunch of flowery-sounding gobbledygook to plant the seed of sexual abuse and the corruption of children being normalized.
