According to Rasmussen Reports and the Heartland Institute poll, more than one in five voters who voted by mail in the 2020 election did so fraudulently.
Mind you, it was more than likely a lot worse. This number was just the number of people who admitted to it.
The poll asked whether people who voted by mail in the 2020 election filled out a ballot “in part or in full, on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child?” which 21% claimed to have done so.
Remember, this poll consists of just the number of people who admitted to doing it. The real number is probably much higher.
According to the Heartland Institute, while many states allow voters to obtain assistance while voting (ballot harvesting), writing out ballots on behalf of another person is unlawful throughout the United States.
Furthermore, 17% of mail-in voters in the 2020 election indicated they voted in a state where they were no longer permanent residents, which is a violation of federal election law. Another 17% of mail-in voters stated they signed a ballot on behalf of someone else, which is also against election law.

“The results of this survey are nothing short of stunning,” the Heartland Institute’s Justin Haskins said in a statement:
“For the past three years, Americans have repeatedly been told that the 2020 election was the most secure in history. But if this poll’s findings are reflective of reality, the exact opposite is true. This conclusion isn’t based on conspiracy theories or suspect evidence, but rather from the responses made directly by the voters themselves.”
Another 10% of all voters indicated they know someone who admitted to voting by mail in a state where they are not a permanent resident, and 11% acknowledged signing a mail-in ballot on behalf of someone else in the 2020 election.
Mail-in voting increased dramatically in the 2020 election as states hurried to relax election regulations under the premise of a Chinese coronavirus outbreak. According to the United States Census Bureau, 43 percent of all voters that year voted by mail, and 26 percent voted before election day.
The study polled 1,085 probable US voters between November 30 and December 6, 2023. The error margin is three percentage points.
This means that the 2020 election was not as pristine as the Democrats told us it was. Who’d a thunk it?
