As a man born and raised Catholic, I say this with all sincerity: Pope Francis is a South American-style Marxist. There, I said it. He is the reason I am no longer Catholic. His recent remarks about climate change are not endearing to people like me who left the faith for another because they could not handle the fact that the vicar of Christ on earth is encouraging Marxist ideology.
During his remarks at the Cop28 Conference in Dubai, the Marxist Pope advocated for the total abolition of fossil fuels. Either he has no idea what he’s saying or he’s a man who doesn’t care that without fossil fuels, people would freeze to death in the winter. Not only that, but our entire way of life would come to an end. Nearly everything is made from oil.
Because Francis was unable to deliver the speech due to a lung infection, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, the Vatican’s Secretary of State, did so.
Is Pope Francis, the communist, really behind this? If so, it makes him a very dangerous man because 1.36 billion Catholics around the world listen to him and believe he has their best interests at heart.
The Cardinal said, “Destruction of the environment is an offense against God, a sin… that greatly endangers all human beings, especially the most vulnerable in our midst, and threatens to unleash a conflict between generations.”
The way I see it, oil comes from dead dinosaurs, which were put here by God. It is part of the environment. Not using what God gave us to use would be an offense to God.

Choosing to not freeze in the winter is choosing life, but communists don’t see it that way.
The Pope also called for a “decisive acceleration” in green energy, energy efficiency, getting rid of fossil fuels, and teaching people how to live without them. That is the pablum Marxist leaders speak to make the masses think they are being reasonable. Deception is a common trait of communists.
With Pope Francis, I have to wonder if we have another Joe Biden situation going on here where he has handlers putting words in his mouth and he has no idea what they are saying.
