A radical leftist progressive group plans to run $1.2 million worth of attack ads in Arizona from June 21 to June 30 to pressure Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) into killing the Senate filibuster, fearing that Republicans will use the filibuster to block the legislation Democrats have crafted that will cancel state voter ID laws and publicly fund campaigns using your tax dollars.
The Democrats want to get rid of the filibuster because they no longer believe we live in a Constitutional republic. They want to be able to pass whatever they want without regard to what the other half of the country wants.
Just Democracy will air two ads on local news, and local sports in Arizona as well as cable news programs, and spend $200,000 on digital ads to pick up support for the “For The People Act.”
“For The People Act” would violate the US Constitution by forcing federal election laws to supersede state election laws, even though Article I, Section 4 of the US Constitution says that state legislatures have the authority to create election laws. Democrats want to force their own federal election laws in a one-size-fits-all action that will ensure Democrats continue to win elections by legalizing cheating.
One ad begins in reference to her past voting record, “Arizona, Kyrsten Sinema is failing us.” However, the fact is Sinema has voted 100 percent of the time with Joe Biden. That is indisputable. What the crazy radicals are upset about are things that have not yet been put to a vote that Sinema have vocalized she would not support, killing the filibuster being one of them.
“As the GOP tries to silence our voices, she’s just standing by, supporting a Jim Crow relic instead,” the ad says. “You’re refusing to stand with us, Sen. Sinema. Why should we stand with you?”

Republican state legislatures are creating election integrity laws that will protect every voter’s right to have their vote count. It is the height of hypocrisy for leftists to say that Republicans are suppressing votes after the Democrats stole the 2020 election by suppressing millions of Trump votes after they were cast.
I think it is important for Republicans and Democrats who understand the significance of what the radical progressives want that Senator Sinema is opposing should let her know that they support her efforts to keep our republic intact. Let her know there are Americans who will defend her.
The second ad the loser leftists will run rips on Sinema for not supporting a Democrat federal takeover of state elections. “You’re doing their dirty work, letting a Jim Crow relic keep us down,” referring to Republicans using the filibuster.
The idea of referring to the filibuster rule as a “Jim Crow relic” was started by former President Barack Obama, who oddly enough used the filibuster to his advantage when he was a US Senator. In fact, back in 2005 Obama defended the filibuster rule.

“Our right to vote is under attack,” the radical leftist attack ad continued, slamming Sinema for supporting the filibuster.
If you want to talk about the right to vote being under attack, just realize that Sinema is actually a co-sponsor of the “For The People Act” that would absolutely be used to suppress millions of Republican votes. The radicals behind the attack ad don’t even mention that.
A poll that came out Thursday reveals that a majority of likely voters are against the law to allow the Democrats to take over state election laws that will remove voter ID laws. Recently studies show that even in states with voter ID laws the largest group to increase voter registration and voting in the 2020 election was black voters, so there is no voter suppression that Democrats and their leftist allies are always using as an excuse to want to cheat in future elections.
Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV), another Democrat senator who opposes throwing out the filibuster, has been attacked by the Left too. However, on Wednesday, Democrat leadership began asking the radicals on the Left to stop attacking Manchin and it appears they’re not listening.
Even the Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has asked leftist attack groups to stop hitting Manchin. The reason? What if Manchin, after taking all the heat for doing the right thing, decides to switch parties and become a Republican? That would do a lot of damage to Joe Biden’s plan to wreck our country making the Senate a 51 – 49 Republican majority. Schumer would lose the Majority Leader position and hand it back over to Senator Mitch McConnell (R-KY).
Apparently, Manchin knows the good position he’s in, telling the New York Times who referred to Manchin’s principles on the subject as “his stubborn belief in bipartisanship,” saying “What are they [Democrats] going to do? They going to go into West Virginia and campaign against me? Please, that would help me more than anything.”
