Schumer’s Pathetic and Desperate Bid to Jail Trump After Supreme Court’s Immunity Decision [VIDEO]

Even though the Supreme Court made a historic decision, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) is still trying to jail President Trump.

The Supreme Court decided last week, 6-3, in favor of Trump, saying that presidents are not criminally responsible for official acts they do while in office, as reported by The Gateway Pundit.

In the case Trump v. United States, narcissistic Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a shady indictment against Trump. Smith wrongly claims that Trump and others worked together to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election.

Smith has made up false charges against people for things like “spreading claims” of election fraud and “attempting to obstruct the certification of the election results.”

Schumer complained about the decision in front of the whole Senate on Monday. The Hill says he said the Court was wrong to give Trump “a breathtaking level of immunity.”

“They incorrectly declared that former President Trump enjoys broad immunity from criminal prosecution for actions he took while in office. They incorrectly declared that all future presidents are entitled to a breathtaking level of immunity so long as their conduct is ostensibly carried out in their official capacity as president,” Schumer argued.

Schumer has always thought he was the smartest guy in the room, but for all his legendary smarts, he’s really an ignorant political animal.

The ruling made by the Supreme Court was not directed at former President Donald Trump. If you don’t understand that first and foremost, you won’t understand the ruling by any stretch. The SCOTUS ruling was basically broken down into three categories:

1. If a president (not specifically Trump) is involved in an official action and acting like the president, he has full immunity.
2. If a president is involved in an official action, and does something that is not within his Article II authority, he does not have immunity.
3. If a president is involved in something that is not an official action and he does something illegal, he does not have immunity.

I understand liberals are stupid, but Schumer should know better and shame on him

Schumer went on to say that the majority of the court had “effectively placed a crown on Donald Trump’s head, putting him above the law, and making him, in many ways untouchable.”

Then Schumer said he had something that would make sure Trump could still be tried effectively even though the Court had made its decision. He said that he and his fellow Democrats would try to label Trump’s actions after the 2020 election as “unofficial” and not protected by immunity. This would take away the court-granted immunity.

If this became law, it would be a big help for the Biden regime as it tries to get rid of the front-runner for president.
