Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI), said that the United States still does not have an FDA-approved vaccine for COVID as he exposed what was really approved by the government agency on “Fox News Primetime.”
Well, Hallelujah! Someone in government finally agrees with me! I have written multiple stories about how the FDA pulled a fast one by telling the American public that it approved the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine when it has not. I broke the news four days after the FDA first lied about it.
Enough tooting my own horn. Senator Johnson deserves to be commended for sounding the alarm through the use of his Senate office, because every American should be aware that the Biden administration is lying to them about the COVID vaccine being approved.
The FDA put out a fact-sheet on the Pfizer-BioNTech and Comirnaty vaccines. That’s plural, because one is not the other and the FDA even makes that distinction on their fact-sheet. On the fact-sheet, Pfizer says that the FDA approved the Comirnaty vaccine which was created by Pfizer for the company BioNTech. BioNTech has said that it will not be made available until 2023 or possibly 2024.
To ease confusion, there is a company called Pfizer, a company BioNTech, and an entity called Pfizer-BioNTech. The latter produced the vaccine that has been under Emergency Use Authorization, commonly known as the Pfizer jab. That is the vaccine that everyone who got the Pfizer jab has been getting. The FDA fact-sheet says that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine is still under Emergency Use Authorization and that means it cannot be mandated by any employer, including the federal government.

Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 says that no employer, including the federal government, can mandate employees get a vaccine that is experimental, meaning under Emergency Use Authorization. This goes back to the Nuremberg Code. It’s Nazi behavior to force innocent people to take medicine into their bodies that they don’t want to as an experiment, and that is exactly what President Joe Biden and his administration are trying to do.
Here’s what Title 21 says:
Title 21, Section 360bbb-3 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the “FD&C Act”) vests the Secretary of Health and Human Services with the permissive authority to grant Emergency Use Authorizations (“EUAs”) providing that appropriate conditions designed to ensure that individuals to whom the product is administered are informed: [emphasis added]
1. that the Secretary has authorized the emergency use of the product;
2. of the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use, and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown; and
3. of the option to accept or refuse administration of the product, of the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product that are available and of their benefits and risks. [emphasis added]
When Joe Biden signed an executive order to mandate all federal employees get vaccinated and all private sector businesses mandate their employees either get vaccinated or punish them by forcing unvaccinated employees to undergo testing every week, he committed a crime against humanity.
Here’s what Senator Johnson had to say on the Fox show on Friday:
We do not have an FDA-approved vaccine being administered in the U.S. The FDA played a bait and switch. They approved the Comirnaty version of Pfizer drugs. It’s not available in the U.S. They even admit it. I sent them a letter three days later going “What are you doing?” What they did is they extended the emergency use authorization for the Pfizer drug vaccine that’s available in the U.S., here that’s more than 30 days later, they haven’t asked that very simple question. If you’re saying that the Pfizer drug is the same as the Comirnaty, why didn’t you provide FDA approval on that? So, there’s not an FDA-approved drug and, of course, they announced it so they could push through these mandates so that people actually think, “Oh, OK now these things are FDA approved.” They are not and again, maybe they should be, but the FDA isn’t telling me why.
Senator Johnson made an appearance on Fox’s Tucker Carlson Monday night, where he told Tucker’s millions of viewers the same. Johnson said that he wrote a letter to the FDA on August 26, three days after they claimed they approved the Pfizer vaccine, and as of October 4, the senator still has not received an answer.

I hope more members of Congress jump on this story because Americans are being lied to and Joe Biden wants to force unvaccinated Americans into taking medicine into their bodies that they do not want to take. Whatever happened to “my body, my choice?” Where are the feminists? Where are the civil libertarians? Where are the lawyers? Where is the rest of Congress?
