The Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that ballots with no or wrong dates cannot be counted in this election. But the Democratic commissioners in Bucks County are not just defying the Pennsylvania Supreme Court; they are bragging about counting illegal votes. If the court had any guts whatsoever, it would refer the commissioners for criminal charges, including voter fraud. The commissioners are counting illegal votes and are very vocal about announcing it. They need to spend quality time in an institution that requires them to wear an orange jumpsuit.
Trump-backed candidate Dave McCormick defeated longtime Democratic Senator Bob Casey and now they are doing a recount by hand. McCormick leads by about 30,000 votes, so it comes down to how many illegal votes they count. Marc Elias, a dishonest attorney, is in charge of the steal. The rumor says he is judge shopping in order to aid him in stealing the Senate seat.
Bucks County GOP said on Thursday:
“Democratic Commissioners Diane Marseglia and Bob Harvie voted today to count illegal ballots, against PA Supreme Court ruling, in an attempt to aid former Senator Bob Casey.”
“Our attorneys are working with attorneys from the PAGOP and RNC to address this matter.”
Diane Marseglia openly bragged about violating the law and defying the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling:

RNC Chairman announced on Wednesday evening that the RNC is filing two new lawsuits in Bucks County and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to stop the illegal counting of ballots.
In a huge blow to cheating Democrats, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in September ruled that undated ballots or improperly dated ballots won’t be counted.
In August a lower court ruled it was unconstitutional to reject improperly dated mail-in ballots.
The Pennsylvania Republican Party and the RNC took legal action and appealed the court’s decision.
The state’s Supreme Court ruled in their favor in September.
WASHINGTON – The RNC has filed yet another lawsuit in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to defend the dated ballot requirement, a critical election integrity safeguard, and to stop radical Democrats from counting illegal ballots as Bob Casey tries to steal the election.
RNC Chairman Michael Whatley stated: “Dave McCormick won this election and is already participating in Senate orientation meetings. Meanwhile, Democrat officials and scam lawyers are aiding and abetting Bob Casey’s shameful attempts to steal back a Senate seat which he lost decisively. The RNC is filing a motion in the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to ensure that Pennsylvania’s democratic process is not undermined by the inclusion of illegal ballots in the final vote count. Pennsylvanians are ready to move forward with Dave McCormick representing them in the Senate as Bob Casey torches whatever legacy he had with these anti-democratic schemes.”
