For me, this is near the top of the list of genuinely bizarre events that occurred on Tuesday.
Mitt Romney, a RINO and Donald Trump hater, issued a statement defending the former president against the accusations brought against him by Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, claiming that the DA “stretched to reach felony criminal charges in order to fit a political agenda.”
He also labeled the charges against the former president a “dangerous precedent.” Romney is right about that because the Democrats have now turned us into a banana republic. We have lost all credibility in the world to lecture any other government about due process and the rule of law.
