Every day, liberals wake up wondering, “How can we get Trump today?” He’s been out of office for 18 months and yet their hatred for the man is still strong.
Letitia James ran for New York Attorney General and her campaign message was that if the people of the great state of New York elect her as Attorney General, she was going to get Trump.
Now AG James has filed a civil lawsuit against former President Donald Trump, his three children, Don Jr, Eric, and Ivanka Trump, and the Trump Organization and more, on alleged fraud accusations, and all because the Democrats are terrified that Trump will run again in 2024 and he will win.

In the lawsuit, which spans over 200 pages, James’s office argues that the claimed fraud is throughout all aspects of the Trump family business, including golf courses and many other properties. The suit also claims that the Trump Organization deceived tax officials, lenders, and insurers by purportedly inflating the value of Trump’s properties.

Trumps’ children are also named as defendants. Allen Weisselberg, the former CFO for the Trump Organization, and another executive, Jeff McConney, are also named in the lawsuit.
In a case that had nothing to do with the Trump organization but was promoted that it did by the misinformation fake news media, Weisselberg pleaded guilty to tax fraud changes back in August. However, part of his plea bargain is he had to agree to testify against Trump’s real estate company in an upcoming trial.
This civil lawsuit speaks volumes for James’s political ambitions. Why a civil lawsuit and not criminal charges? Because James knows she couldn’t win a criminal case so instead of 12 jurors she’s banking on a preponderance of the evidence with 51% of a jury. That won’t be hard to get in the third world City of New York where if NY Governor Kathy Hochul (not elected) and Letitia James had their way, they would pump out daily party propaganda through a 1984-style Telescreen in every New Yorker’s living room.
During a news conference, James argued that she wants the Trump Organization to pay a fine of $250 million and to have the company barred from doing any real estate acquisitions in New York for 5 years. James is also seeking to bar Donald Trump and his children from being able to serve as high-level executives at any company in New York.
“The number of grossly inflated asset values is staggering, affecting most if not all of the real estate holdings in any given year,” according to the lawsuit. “All told, Mr. Trump, the Trump Organization, and the other Defendants, as part of a repeated pattern and common scheme, derived more than 200 false and misleading valuations of assets included in the 11 Statements covering 2011 through 2021.”
Liberals are just loving this because they have suffered from Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS) for years. Most don’t even know why. They’ve just been told by their political leaders to hate the man. There are YouTube channels solely dedicated to the destruction and torment of Trump and his family. No president has ever been treated as unfairly as Donald Trump.
And what was his ultimate crime? Donald Trump grew up in New York. He’s a Queens guy. In order to do business in New York, you have to go through the Democratic Party. They own everything. I’m sure there is, but I’m not even aware of a Republican Party in NYC.
So, Trump built a real estate empire in New York. He hobnobbed with all the right people (Democrats). He donated to their campaigns and went to their parties when invited. He got to know them and the things that they were involved in, good and bad. He was an insider.
He hosted a #1 rated reality television show for years and became more and more popular.
And then he announced he was running for president as a Republican – INSERT RECORD SCRATCHING SOUND HERE – and they all felt betrayed. The Democrats felt he was a Benedict Arnold who betrayed their trust, who knew their dirty little secrets, and they learned that he was not a sicko commie who wanted to help the Democratic Party rule the world in a freakish Brave New World type future that they now refer to as The Great Reset.
They learned that Trump wanted to Make America Great Again by taking down their system because their system had screwed over middle-class and working-class families, the very people who worked for him and helped him build his empire. Despite leftist nonsense, Trump was known as a boss who cares for his workers. Union bosses today were union laborers years ago who worked for Trump and the stories are in abundance of how he treated his workers on a job site. They loved him. They called him, “The Blue-Collar Billionaire” because he never forgot his roots in Queens, NY.
Democrats worked for decades to get the people to hate their country. Barack Obama succeeded in that regard. The time was ripe for the government to move in and control everything and everybody. Obama, who was touted to be a racial healer, created a racial divide like nothing seen in 50 years. Hillary Clinton was supposed to be the closer, who would usher in a new era of control, not only of corporations but of the American people as well. And Donald Trump screwed all that up by getting elected in 2016. All that hard work to get the United States ready for a Great Reset and Trump happened. And the Democrats vowed to never forgive him for working to make sure that working families had jobs that were not going overseas due to backroom deals made between politicians who sold your birthright for cash and power. They will never forgive Trump for working to weed out the corruption in our federal government. The Democrats hate him because he is the antithesis of their DC swamp.
Alina Habba, a Trump lawyer, refuted the NY AG’s lawsuit and said that her legal action was politically motivated. Even Helen Keller can see that.
“Today’s filing is neither focused on the facts nor the law—rather, it is solely focused on advancing the Attorney General’s political agenda,” Habba told reporters after the lawsuit was issued. “It is abundantly clear that the Attorney General’s Office has exceeded its statutory authority by prying into transactions where absolutely no wrongdoing has taken place.”
Habba said Trump is confident that “this unchecked abuse of authority” will be revealed as the political game it is and she looks “forward to defending our client against each and every one of the Attorney General’s meritless claims.”
“Trump falsely inflated his net worth by billions of dollars,” James said during a September 21 press conference.
Here’s the thing. On every document by The Trump Organization, there is a clause written that says that banks and other lenders need to do their own valuation of properties and assets involved. That is a legal statement. Don’t banks have an obligation to do valuations of assets when a loan is under consideration? Did they do the valuations or not?
Trump has pointed out for years that James has targeted him and his family in numerous investigations to attempt to raise her own political stature in New York. Team Trump has highlighted James’s speeches when she was running in 2018, where she vowed to investigate Trump if elected as Attorney General. This was during the feverish time when the Democrats had already tried everything they could to overturn the 2016 election and to interfere in the 2020 election by pulling political stunts to make Trump look bad. None of it ever stuck.
Trump recently posted on his social media platform Truth Social that James filed the suit because she is “doing poorly” in her bid for reelection against GOP challenger Michael Henry.
“Another Witch Hunt by a racist Attorney General, Letitia James, who failed in her run for Governor, getting almost zero support from the public, and now is doing poorly against Law & Order A.G. candidate, highly respected Michael Henry. I never thought this case would be brought – until I saw her really bad poll numbers. She is a fraud who campaigned on a “get Trump” platform, despite the fact that the city is one of the crime and murder disasters of the world under her watch!”
