The Democrats cannot win with voter ID laws, which make it much easier for everyone to vote but, at the same time, much harder to cheat in elections. This is why they are going to court to fight election integrity laws with lame excuses as to why voter integrity laws are bad.
When the Democrats want to cheat in an election, they call Marc Elias, a sleazy elections lawyer for the Democratic Party. This time, he filed two lawsuits to block Repair The Vote‘s efforts to enact voter ID laws in Nevada.
Marc Elias is most known for pushing Hillary Clinton‘s phony Russian dossier in 2016 and being the political hitman to get voter ID laws changed to benefit the party that constantly complains that everything they don’t like is a threat to democracy. They don’t call cheating in elections a threat to democracy because they like to do it.
In 2020, Elias took a team of lawyers to key battleground states and others around the country to try to get election laws changed in courts so that they would favor the Democrats. In January of this year, Elias blatantly posted on X that he was doing it again for the 2024 election.
Elias and the crooked Democratic Party crooks suffered a significant blow on Friday.
On Friday, the Nevada Supreme Court rendered a unanimous ruling in favor of the Repair The Vote PAC-backed voter ID ballot issue.

“The initiative, filed in early November, would amend the State Constitution to require that all persons voting in person present an approved photo identification before being provided a ballot. It also requires that voters submitting a mail-in ballot provide additional verification of their identity when completing their mail-in ballot.” – The Nevada Globe reported.
“We are thrilled but not surprised with the Nevada State Supreme Court’s decision,” said David Gibbs, Chairman of Repair the Vote. “This ruling is a triumph for democracy and the rule of law, in the face of desperate efforts by radical opponents of this reform to strip Nevada voters of the opportunity to make their voices heard on this issue. By implementing voter ID requirements, we are taking a crucial step towards safeguarding our elections and restoring public confidence in Nevada’s electoral process.”
“Now, we need 102,362 signatures by June 26 to get this on the 2024 ballot. At least 25,591 signatures must come from each of Nevada’s 4 congressional districts,” Keystone Corporation, a political advocacy group in Nevada said on X.
How much do you want to bet that within 72 hours we will hear a Democrat cry out that the Nevada ruling is a threat to democracy? You just know it’s going to happen.
Hopefully, some of the other states’ courts will follow suit and rule in favor of democracy and election integrity.
Article I, Section 4 of the US Constitution, says that state legislatures have the power to create or amend election laws. That means courts and executive branch officials have no authority.
In my state of Pennsylvania, during the 2020 election, our state Supreme Court, controlled by Democratic judges, illegally changed election law by extending the deadline for accepting mail-in ballot for three days. Our legislature created Act 77 to amend an election law to include mail-in ballots, and they set the cutoff for accepting mail-in ballots to 8 p.m. on Election Day night. Many believe this was done in case Donald Trump was ahead of Joe Biden so that the Democratic Party county workers could magically find the number of ballots needed to make Biden the winner.
Also, in Pennsylvania, during the 2020 election, the Secretary of State, Kathy Boockvar, a Democrat, illegally changed the election law to extend the deadline for people who voted via a provisional ballot to provide identification to prove who they were. Many believe this too was done to help the Democrats come up with some form of phony identification if needed to justify provisional ballots being cast by people who didn’t exist, died, or moved out of the state.
Democrats will be the first ones to tell you that election fraud doesn’t happen enough to have made a difference in election results, and they are lying through their teeth. Election fraud in states around the country is rampant and has been for decades.
