Shannon Brandt, of Glenfield, North Dakota, was initially charged with criminal vehicular homicide. The charge was later upgraded to murder. Brandt confessed to intentionally run over 18-year-old Cayler Ellingson, according to the affidavit. Brandt allegedly told the dispatcher that he ran over Ellingson because he believed him to be a “Republican extremist.” Upon investigation, police were not able to identify Ellingson as any kind of conservative, And using your car to run over someone on foot is never self-defense.
In September 2022, Brandt attended a street dance in McHenry, North Dakota. An argument ensued, but no violence occurred. Then Brandt got in his car and he spied Ellingson walking down the street. He then purposely ran over him in his car, killing him. Incredibly, despite the confession made immediately after the assassination, the DA allowed him to plead to manslaughter, even though it was a preplanned murder. The DA even dropped the charge of leaving the scene.
Brandt purportedly continued, “I almost, oh god, I almost just run away but I thought jeez obviously if it was a total accident I wouldn’t be scared but I know it was more than that.”
Brandt reportedly told the 911 dispatcher that Ellingson “wouldn’t let him leave” and the teen called someone and said “something to the effect of you’re going to have to come here and handle him.”
Ellingson’s final call with his mother was at 2:42 a.m., when he said “something to the effect of they are after me or he is after me,” and the phone call dropped, according to the affidavit.
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELEllingson’s mother, Sheri Ellingson, said during the trial, “Shannon, you took a piece of our family that’s not replaceable. When you chose to take Cayler’s life and happiness you took ours too. You have caused our family endless pain, heartache, sleepless nights. Our days, months, and years will never be the same because of your selfishness.”
Now, let us look at the strange conviction of Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio. Tarrio was convicted for seditious conspiracy in the events of January 6th, but, the really strange thing is that he wasn’t even in Washington for the protest. But, that did not stop a biased judge and jury from convicting him of throwing a Trump sign and hitting police officers with it. How did he do that? Mental telepathy? I think not.
The man who actually committed that crime is Ray Epps, who many believe was a government plant used to incite a riot. Epps has never been arrested, all of the Democrats on the J6 Commission defended him, and the media continues to run interference for him.
Consider this. Epps spent two days inciting crowds to enter the Capitol. He led the charge that tore down two police barricades that gave people access to the Capitol, but, he himself never entered the building. Why not?
Tarrio did not have to be convicted and in fact, according to him he would not have faced and trial if he had been willing to lie and claim that Trump was involved in an insurrection, but he refused to do so.
Tarrio said:
“They asked me to LIE about President Trump in order to indict him. I told them to pound sand, and because I refused to lie about President Trump it cost me twenty-two years of my life.”
“The truth is, I could have been home. I could have been home a long time ago. I could be in my warm ass bed right now, laughing at the world, without a problem…and all I had to do in order to do that WAS LIE ABOUT TRUMP. All I had to do was confirm a lie.”
“Everything they wanted me to say is fabricated. It was a lie. I refused to sign their work of fiction. I want to be unequivocally clear- I have no connection to President Trump or anyone in his family whatsoever. The connection simply just does NOT exist and never did. They literally wanted me to lie.”
Tarrio also asked us to make a public plea to the House Republicans and the Judiciary Committee. This is his plea to Jim Jordan and other House Republicans:
“I am formally asking the Judiciary Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government for an opportunity to be heard. I believe I have information that must be investigated by the members of Congress. I fear our Justice system is currently being used to indict and incarcerate American citizens based on their political viewpoint and I have information that I believe to be crucial and imperative to your investigations. I do not seek this matter to be a public spectacle. My only concern is that the liberty of American citizens is being used by this administration for political gain. I implore you, Representatives of the People, please allow me to explain to you these concerns. It is of the highest importance and has ramifications as far as the highest office of the United States. Thank You, Enrique Tarrio”
