Well, look who dusted off her Twitter account to virtue signal from the sidelines — none other than Hillary Clinton. Yes, the queen of losing presidential campaigns has returned to defend… an alleged MS-13 gang member. You truly can’t make this stuff up.

Naturally, in classic Hillary fashion, she posted the hot take but only allowed her little echo chamber of “approved voices” to respond. Because nothing screams “champion of democracy” quite like silencing everyone who disagrees with you. Bold move, Madam, “I Deserve the Presidency.”
Let’s unpack the absurdity.
First off, she calls El Salvador “a foreign prison,” like Garcia accidentally ended up there while backpacking through Europe. Reality check: Garcia is a natural-born Salvadoran citizen who lived there most of his life before illegally crossing into the U.S. at 16.
Court documents stated “the subjects [including Garcia] freely admitted being citizens and national[s] of El Salvador by birth and that they were present in the United States illegally.”
And as for “accused of no crime”? That’s a doozy. According to court documents, the individuals — including Garcia — openly acknowledged that they were born in El Salvador and were unlawfully present in the United States.
As for the false claim that Garcia was “accused of no crime,” the court documents tell a different story. His wife, Jennifer Vasquez Sura, accused him of domestic violence twice, resulting in a protective order. He was also reportedly arrested with “rolls of cash and drugs” while in the company of “two other members of MS-13.”
Translation: they weren’t exactly hiding it.
Now onto Garcia’s rap sheet, which reads more like a Netflix docuseries than a sob story. Hillary conveniently skipped over the domestic violence accusations, the protective order, the drugs, and that minor detail about being caught with two other MS-13 members.
“Two judges determined he was a member of MS-13 — and that ruling still stands,” said DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin. “At the time of his arrest, he was even dressed in what amounts to the gang’s uniform.”

Oh, and let’s not forget the human trafficking angle. Garcia was caught by the Tennessee Highway Patrol transporting seven people, including a suspected terrorist, across state lines, going from Texas to Maryland, all while lacking a valid driver’s license. Just your average soccer dad, right?
DHS revealed, “Intelligence reports found that he was involved in human trafficking.”
The guy’s criminal résumé wouldn’t pass a basic immigration background check, but somehow he’s become the Left’s new poster child for injustice.
Meanwhile, while Democrats shed tears for Garcia, they’ve gone radio silent on actual victims — like Rachel Morin, a Maryland mother of five raped and murdered by another illegal alien from El Salvador. You’d think Maryland Sen. Chris Van Hollen might show some support for her family. Nope. Never even called her.
On April 14, a court convicted El Salvadoran national Victor Martinez-Hernandez of the brutal rape and murder of Maryland mother Rachel Morin. Meanwhile, Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen was too busy flying to El Salvador to visit an MS-13-linked illegal alien to even acknowledge the victim’s family or recognize the justice they finally received.
Here’s what he prioritized instead:

“To have a senator from Maryland who didn’t even acknowledge, or barely acknowledged my daughter and the brutal death she endured … use my taxpayer money to fly to El Salvador to bring back someone that’s not even an American citizen?” Patty Morin, the victim’s mother, asked.
“Why does that person have more right than I do, or my daughter, or my grandchildren?”
Will anyone in the legacy news ask the senator from Maryland that question? I doubt it because it doesn’t fit the leftist, open borders narrative.
