According to newly unsealed court records, Special Counsel Jack Smith got a secret search warrant for Trump’s Twitter account @RealDonaldTrump in July.
X, formerly known as Twitter, was recently fined $350,000 for failing to produce the subpoenaed records on time.
Trump had no idea Jack Smith had issued a subpoena for the records since the search warrant was kept a secret.
The corrupt Justice Department under Joe Biden got a nondisclosure order that barred X from alerting Trump about Jack Smith’s subpoena.
Jack Smith is a dirty prosecutor, especially when he’s going after Republican politicians. He was overturned by the Supreme Court unanimously. Most people don’t understand the enormity of that. You can’t get those nine people to agree on what to have for lunch.
X maintained that the nondisclosure order violated the First Amendment, and the Stored Communications Act during the months-long judicial struggle.

One of the things that annoys me the most is that while the Democrats abuse the powers of their office to persecute Donald Trump, they violate the rules; they withhold exculpatory evidence, and at the same time, they always treat Trump as if he is the criminal. In this case, they are putting the negative connotation out there to the public that they have to do this because they fear that Trump would delete his tweets, even though there is zero evidence of him ever doing so in the past.
According to CNN, the DC Circuit Court of Appeals found “reasonable grounds to believe” that Trump would “jeopardize the ongoing investigation” if he learned about the search warrant. That’s because the Democrat judges are all in on it. The party is like the Borg. They all have the same mindset and they are terrified to resist the woke supremacy.
The district court, according to the DC Circuit’s opinion, “found that there were ‘reasonable grounds to believe’ that disclosing the warrant to former President Trump ‘would seriously jeopardize the ongoing investigation’ by giving him an opportunity to destroy evidence, change patterns of behavior, [or] notify confederates’.” CNN reported on the situation.
Wouldn’t it be interesting if CNN ever pointed out that the crooked Democrats who work at the corrupted FBI and the DOJ go out of their way to break rules, destroy exculpatory evidence, change patterns of behavior, and leak to the press? It’s always negative against Trump and they never acknowledge that the communists in government are doing everything they can to get Trump out of the 2024 presidential race to please their corrupt boss, Joe Biden.
The DOJ eventually altered the nondisclosure order, allowing X to “notify the former President of the existence and contents of the warrant,” according to CNN.

Not only is Jack Smith employing every dirty tactic in the book to obtain hidden gag orders, but he is also attempting to silence Trump with another type of gag order so that the former president cannot publicly defend himself against unprecedented abuse by Biden’s DOJ.
This Thursday, Trump’s legal team responded to Jack Smith’s request for a protection injunction (gag order) and addressed First Amendment concerns.
“In a trial about First Amendment rights, the government seeks to restrict Frist Amendment right. Worse, it does so against its administration’s primary political opponent, during an election season in which the administration, prominent party members, and media allies have campaigned on the indictment and proliferated its false allegations,” Trump’s counsel said.
In a counter-motion filed late Monday night, Jack Smith erroneously argued that the gag order is required because Trump intends to “litigate this case in the media, to the detriment of litigating this case in the courtroom.”
This is from the same man who issued a nasty, politically motivated statement against Trump following the last indictment.
By unlawfully leaking to CNN, WaPo, the New York Times, and other Biden Regime-friendly propaganda sites, Jack Smith is the one litigating this issue in the media.
Tanya Chutkan, an Obama-appointed judge, has scheduled the gag order that they conveniently label as a “protective order” hearing for Friday morning. The misinformation fake news media are only too happy to do their part to point out that a gag order and a protective order are not the same thing. What they really mean is, they are spelled using different letters.
