Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has condemned Hamas’s deadly strikes on Israel, calling the assault a “historic mistake.”
“Israel is at war. We didn’t want this war. It was forced upon us in the most brutal and savage way. But though Israel didn’t start this war, Israel will finish it. Once, the Jewish people were stateless. Once, the Jewish people were defenseless. No longer,” the prime minister declared.
“Hamas will understand that by attacking us, they’ve made a mistake of historic proportions. We will exact a price that will be remembered by them and Israel’s other enemies for decades to come,” Netanyahu declared.

Netanyahu has stated that Hamas hostilities have involved the slaughter of children and the elderly, as well as the kidnapping of women, children, and Holocaust survivors.
“Hamas terrorists bound, burned, and executed children. They are savages,” he said.
Netanyahu thanked President Joe Biden “for his unequivocal support.” I guess that means Biden will back his lid up until noon.
“In fighting Hamas, Israel is not only fighting for its own people. It is fighting for every country that stands against barbarism,” he stated.
The Israeli prime minister promised that Israel would triumph, and that victory will be celebrated by the entire civilized world.
According to President Joe Biden’s statement, some Americans were killed in the horrific strikes. The message further implies that Americans may be among those held hostage by Hamas.
“Sadly, we now know that at least 11 American citizens were among those killed—many of whom made a second home in Israel,” Biden said in a statement. “While we are still working to confirm, we believe it is likely that American citizens may be among those being held by Hamas.”
It has been reported that Iran helped Hamas coordinate the attack on innocent Israelis. Egypt told the US and Israel that it was remaining neutral.
