You would think that the crazy leftists would learn not to mess with Marjorie Taylor Greene. It reminds me of a story I heard back on the farm.
A fellow was bailing hay when it go caught up. He reached in and unclogged it but he lost a finger in the process. Later on it jammed up again and he reached in and unclogged, but once again he lost a finger. Then it got stuck again and he lost another finger. He looked down at his hand with only one finger and a thumb and said, “I do believe this is a losing game.”
That must be what Alex Lawson, executive director of the ‘left-wing group’ Social Security Works feels like today after accusing President Trump of cutting money to senior citizens from Social Security and Medicare. The truth is Joe Biden stole $260 billion dollars from Medicare through the “Inflation Reduction Act” (IRA) .
The sleight-of-hand funding issues with the IRA are far from the only problems it creates for Medicare enrollees. The government intervention and bureaucratic mandates the IRA imposed on Part D—the Medicare program that covers prescription drugs—has caused a steep rise in prices for private sector Part D policies.
In the past, Part D relied on normal market forces resulting from fair market competition between insurers to keep drug prices in check. As government price fixing upends that system, insurers are either raising premiums or abandoning the market. Older Americans are already seeing premiums for standalone Part D plans skyrocket by 20% or more, and the number of available plans they can choose from has declined to a record low, putting two million seniors at risk of losing their current Part D plans.

Lawson rminds me of trapping a racoon on dry land. The racoon will bite of his leg to get away, so you make sure you trap the in water so they drown. If Lawson or any other liberal got caught I’m sure they would bite off 3 legs and would still be caught.
