A mysterious company backed by Silicon Valley millionaires has been buying up land in a northern California county in an apparent quest to establish a brand new city.
According to the New York Times, those investors include some of Silicon Valley’s most well-known figures, including Marc Andreessen and Laurene Powell Jobs.
Flannery Associates paid $800 million to buy thousands of acres of farmland in Solano County, northeast of San Francisco, according to court documents obtained by Insider.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Flannery has purchased over 52,000 acres of farmland near Travis Air Force Base since 2018. According to the report, government officials started looking into the transactions because they suspected foreign interests were behind the company.
“So the entire base is encircled now,” Catherine Moy, the mayor of Fairfield, told ABC 7 News. “So Flannery has touched every part of it.”
Flannery Associates and its specific city plans are unknown. But at least they purchased the land instead of burning everyone out. Too soon?
VISIT OUR YOUTUBE CHANNELThe Times says that the company is run by Jan Sramek, a 36-year-old former trader at Goldman Sachs.
According to the story, Flannery’s backers include Andreessen, Powell Jobs, Michael Moritz of Sequoia Capital, LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman, and others. Most of them are little leftist progressives who are in good standing with the Woke Supremacy.
It is unknown how much each invested in the company.
It’s worth noting that Silicon Valley exploded in the San Francisco Bay area after WWII, thanks to cheap taxes, a pleasant climate, and family-friendly communities, as well as research at military facilities and local colleges like Stanford.
Silicon Valley was thriving with tech industry growth by the 1980s, and it still boasts the greatest percentage of residences worth $1 million or more in the United States! In the last few decades, the region has contributed more to humanity’s technological achievements than any other location in history.
But with these amazing levels of wealth and creativity came the elitist desire to become narcissistic deities, using their millions to screw around with Karl Marx‘s thought experiments in their spare time, ruining the lives of normal, not god-like people.
The “progressive” policies that have driven California into utter disaster are the product of such trials. Nancy Pelosi is one such person except even though she is rich from the benefits of being exempt all those years from insider trading laws, she used American taxpayer dollars to tinker with America.

Marc Andreessen founded Mosaic and Netscape, the first widely used internet browsers, and while he isn’t a full-fledged radical woke Marxist, he does sit on the Facebook/Meta board, which means he probably condones censoring conservative’s free speech.
Others, like Michael Moritz, have openly attacked the policies that have allowed California to devolve into a crime-infested, needle-infested hellhole.
What are the intended objectives of this coalition comprised of socially conscious adherents and disenchanted affluent individuals for the prospective Californian hub?
According to The Times, Flannery Associates submitted an idea in 2017 to turn the Solano County area into a walkable city powered by clean energy and housing tens of thousands of residents. According to real estate data, the county’s current median housing price is $585,000. And Walgreens had to leave San Francisco because of too much shoplifting. California is simultaneously the richest and poorest state in the country.
According to The Guardian:
Recently, Flannery has been meeting with local officials and representatives, according to the Times. It has also been sending out opinion polls to local residents to gauge their feelings on an initiative that could appear on Solano county voter’s ballots, according to the newspaper SF Gate.
“This project would include a new city with tens of thousands of new homes, a large solar energy farm, orchards with over a million new trees, and over ten thousand acres of new parks and open space,” a screenshot of the survey obtained by the newspaper reads.
At least they’re not saying when you live there you will own nothing and you will be happy. Yet.
