Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (Dumb-NY) (AOC) has urged the Biden administration to disregard US District Judge Matthew J. Kacsmaryk’s injunction against the FDA’s approval of the abortion pill.
In other words, AOC is calling for an insurrection. The Judicial branch of government was created in Article III of the US Constitution. It is a separate branch of government from the Legislative and Executive branches and all three branches are equal. It’s called the separation of powers.

Trump-appointed Judge Kacsmaryk sided with anti-abortion activists on Friday, suspending approval of the abortion medication Mifepristone.
Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), a Christian conservative legal advocacy group, filed a lawsuit against the FDA. The group claimed that the FDA overstepped its authority when it authorized Mifepristone in 2000, more than two decades ago.
The plaintiffs initially requested that the judge rescind approval of the chemical abortion treatment and remove it from the list of approved pharmaceuticals.
In the preliminary injunction, however, Kacsmaryk just ordered the FDA to halt the drug’s approval while the litigation challenging the drug’s safety proceeded.
And the Politically Correct Death Squad is already out there lying about the ruling, claiming the order was to end the drug altogether. All the judge did was put the baby-killing drug on hold until the drug was tested for safety. Maybe if this judge was around for COVID, he would have ordered the same for the vaccines.
“Simply put, FDA stonewalled judicial review – until now,” the judge said in his 67-page ruling. Folks, elections have consequences.
Democratic senators and political heavyweights reacted angrily to the decision.
The ruling also gives the federal government 7 days to file an appeal. President Joe Biden announced in a series of Tweets that his administration disagrees with the ruling and will seek to appeal the Texas decision.

I would say 49 years of slaughtering innocent babies was the highest form of political, and ideological attacks.

Can you imagine what the Marxists would say if President Trump said that a ruling against AR-15 substituted its judgment for the Second Amendment and the experts in the firearms industry?
Vice President Kamala Harris also issued a statement in support of the baby-killing medicine, calling it an “unprecedented decision that jeopardizes the rights of women nationwide.”
Everyone should have the right to access safe and effective medication that has been approved by the FDA.

I would say supporting men who put on dresses and compete in female sports jeopardizes the rights of women nationwide. I would say supporting the subjugation of women by telling them that they have to control their natural instincts of fear and revulsion when getting dressed in a locker room or restroom in front of men jeopardizes the rights of women nationwide.
AOC also blasted Kacsmaryk’s ruling on CNN, alleging that the judge is “deeply partisan” and that “there is no way this decision has a basis in law.” AOC refused to show her law degree.
She also urged the Biden administration to “ignore this ruling.”
“I believe that the Biden administration should ignore this ruling,” Ocasio-Cortez said. “The interesting thing when it comes to a ruling is that it relies on enforcement. And it is up to the Biden administration to enforce, to choose whether or not to enforce a ruling.”
Isn’t that calling for an insurrection of the Judicial branch? Isn’t that AOC, a sitting member of Congress, arguing to take over the Judicial branch by the executive not enforcing a judicial ruling?

At the same time, a federal judge in Washington state issued a contrasting ruling ordering the FDA to desist from taking actions that would limit the drug’s availability to the public.
I guess this leftist judge didn’t get the memo on federalism and that the US Supreme Court recently shut down Roe v Wade by telling the world that the federal government has no role in reproductive rights and that it is an authority of individual states.
The FDA authorized approved retail pharmacies to supply the medication in January. Physicians and pharmacies who are currently prescribing and dispensing mifepristone must obtain certification.
“Access to the two-drug regimen is currently legal in some form in 36 states: Medication abortion is legal in 22 states and restricted in the remaining 15,” according to NBC News and the Guttmacher Institute, a research organization that pushes for abortion access. The math doesn’t add up there, but whatever.
The two contradictory verdicts have heightened the likelihood of the Supreme Court becoming involved and deciding the destiny of the drug itself. Could that be why the leftist court made such a ruling, to force it to the SCOTUS?
