Beryl Howell is teaming up with Jack Smith in order to railroad President Trump over the fake incitement to riot charge from January 6th. On Tuesday night, DC Circuit Court Judge Beryl Howell went on an unhinged rant during a speech. She claims that the United States would become authoritarian if Trump is voted in as president.
What does she think he will do? Will he mandate that everyone get jabbed with experimental drugs? Will he accept a ten-million-dollar bribe from Ukraine? Will he receive money for himself and his family from Communist China? Will he illegally censor First Amendment-protected free speech by using the FBI and the DOJ? Will he authorize the FBI to conduct early morning raids on political opponents and have heavily armed agents scare the life out of women and children?
If he does any of these things, then he would indeed be a dictator. Don’t you agree? Of course, Trump would never do any of those things. Nor would he put Russia, Iran, and Hamas first or give the Taliban $85 billion worth of military equipment or tens of billions of dollars to Iran to finance worldwide terrorism. Let’s face it, you would have to be a total A-hole to do any of those things.
Howell and Smith are trying to hide the fact that they claimed Trump was a flight risk in order to get a non-disclosure order to prevent X from telling Trump that they were trying to receive all of Trump’s tweets from Twitter so they could also target people who read or shared posts from Trump’s site.

Judge Beryl Howell, who spearheaded the Judiciary’s response to January 6, reportedly warned in a speech last night that the country is creeping toward authoritarianism. According to Politico, she said January 6 was based on the BIG LIE, sounds like MSNBC. And quoted a Boston College historian who said, big lies are springboards for authoritarians.

To be fair, this is nothing new for Judge Howell. She has a history of using charge language when speaking about January 6. She once referred to the protest as about the most fascistic things she’d ever seen and saying it was more like a mob that was like the Nazis and the fascists that day.

She seized a congressman’s phone, which was overturned by the DC circuit.
She made Trump’s attorneys turn over attorney-client privilege records and didn’t give them time to appeal before she made them turn them over.
And now – she’s going after Twitter with an illegal warrant with Jack Smith to get all these records that the government is not entitled to have.
She is a left-wing activist.
